"Camila hand me that." Lauren said, putting a rug into the cart.
"Kinda busy!" My face was covered with a bigger rug. Lauren was giggling at the sight of me struggling to get an oversized dark blue rug in her cart.
I succeeded, wiping my hands on my jeans. "I really need to work out." I whined.
"Could you hand me that now?" Lauren gestured towards the grey desk lamp.
"Yes, my queen." I rolled my eyes as I handed the lamp to Lauren, curtseying first.
"Don't be like that, I'm your ride home." Lauren smirked, dangling her keys in front of me face.
"My list isn't done." I said.
"Neither is mine. Now, let's head over to the paint section." Lauren pushed her cart towards the paint fumes.
"I'm gonna get a pastel blue." I said as I picked up the paint card. Lauren was looking in the neutral section, picking out a paint card with several shades of dark grey, and one shade of black.
"I'm just doing a simple white and black theme."
"You're gonna seriously just do black and white? How dull." I said as I handed the cards to one of the workers.
"There's no harm in black and white. Plus, it makes everything look clean." Lauren handed her card in.
"Here you go." The guy behind the counter gave me the paint can and gave Lauren hers.
"Thanks!" We said in unison, placing the cans in our carts, and trotting off to the beds.
"I like this!" I cooed as I picked up a bed set. The sheets were white with navy polka dots. Their were four pillow cases; two were the same pattern as the sheets, and the other two were navy, which matched the comforter.
"I agree, very cute." Lauren agreed as she browsed through the section. I could tell she was concentrating hard because of the way she pursed her lips in a pouting way and furrowed her eyebrows. She found a set, throwing it up in the air and catching it. "Victory!" She hugged the package. Her set was closely related to mine: a set of four pillow cases, sheets, and a comforter, but Lauren's was black and white and the designs were different.
"We're done, right?" I checked her phone. It was the tenth time in a minute that I did, causing Lauren to chuckle.
"Camz, we still have two and a half weeks till classes start. We have enough time to settle everything in, so chill!"
"I know I know, it's just that it's almost 5 o'clock and Harry usually comes back home from the gym at 6." I placed the bed set in my overflowed cart.
"What's wrong with that? I thought you didn't have a problem with him?" Lauren did the same, yet her cart wasn't as full as mine.
"He usually has one of his friends over." I looked at her, "If Louis is there and tries to get an attitude with me I will be so quick to punch that stupid kid.

After a long time of trying to fit everything into Lauren's car with the help of a few IKEA workers, we were on the road again.
"So I bought a desk, bookshelf, dresser, bedside table, two lamps, a bed set, curtains, and a rug for such a cheap price. I should start going to IKEA for now on!" Lauren giggled, her eyes glued on the road.
"I bought all that too! We're such great shoppers." I laughed.
"Now the fun part: getting everything in." Lauren sighed.
I groaned. "I forgot about that."
Lauren took a left turn into the apartment complex parking lot. "Well I guess we could get some help from curly and bad boy over there." Lauren smirked, pointing to Harry and the boy--whom I still didn't remember the name of--getting out of Harry's matte black Range Rover.
