13: amusement park

It was around 11 in the morning when all the Dreamies arrived at the park. The place was quite big, and there were plenty of rides visible outside of the gates.

"Holy shit, this amusement park is big." Jisung's eyes widened, looking at every object near him.

"I still can't believe my baby swears now..." Jaemin pouted, before taking a picture of his 'baby'.

Renjun screeched, making Jeno and Maya, who were in front of him, panic.

"There was a fly that scared me!" At Shotaro and Mark's giggling, Renjun groaned.

As a contrast to her excited friends, Risa stared pensively at the flowers, which prompted Donghyuck to pat her on the back, "Hey bestie, you doing okay?"

The girl in question nodded with a smile that didn't reach her eyes, with words bothering to spill from her lips.

"Okay, but let us know if we gotta smack a bitch for you." Chenle swung his arms around Donghyuck and Risa's shoulders, as Sungchan trailed behind.

Risa giggled, attempting to pinch Chenle's cheeks as he started squealing.

"You wanna go on the roller coasters?" Jeno grinned, leaning towards Maya's direction playfully.

Renjun snickered, "Don't puke this time!"

"Oh, fuck off. At least Sungchan had the decency to HELP me." Maya poked her tongue out, her statement making the tall boy mentioned walk faster to catch up with the trio at the front. "What about me?"

"You're a lifesaver." "Last time I checked, I wasn't an icy pole."

Maya walked away from Sungchan at his poor attempt at a dad joke, kissing her teeth.

"Come on, that was a good one!" Sungchan whined, before Jeno patted his back, "That was absolutely terrible."

Donghyuck clinged onto his older best friend, "MEEEEELLLLLL—" "-wHaT dO yOu WaNt?!"

"Let's go on the bumper cars first!" Chenle pointed to the ride, as Jisung blinked, "Why?"

"Because I said so!" The older boy huffed with a grin, dragging his best friend with him in the process.

The rest of the group just trailed behind the two boys, chattering amongst themselves until each of them got into a cart.
