Plot: Sophie gets a letter with some important information...

Sophie was sitting on her bed watching some Criminal Minds when her mom walks into her room.

"Hey honey. I have something for you." She sits down on her daughter's bed.

"What is it?" Sophie asks.

"An envelope with your name on it. I don't who it's from, but I though it would be better if you would open it." Scarlett hands Sophie the letter and then leaves her room.

Sophie begins to open the envelope and pulls out a letter. She begins to read it and sees this,

Dear Sophie,

you probably don't know me. Your mom probably never told you about me, but here I am. My name is Giovanni, I'm your dad. At the moment I'm in LA but I live in Rome. You're half Italian then. I don't know if you ever did a DNA test but I really am your father. I should also tell you that you have a sister. A twin sister. I don't know if Scarlett wants anything to do with me, or if she will even let you talk to me...but I though I would try it like this. I though maybe we could meet each other on Wednesday at 2 pm. I'll be at the Starbucks on La Caniega Boulevard. Your sister is here too, maybe you would like to meet her as well. Here is my phone number +39 3*** *** **** (this is the Italian way)

Sophie keeps looking at the letter, rereading it and she let's tears come into her eyes. She finally found her dad. If this is even real of course.

And what the fuck she has a twin sister. Without her mom telling her anything. She spend 17 years of her mom telling her that she had no idea who her dad was.

Sophie gets up from her bed and runs downstairs. She sees her mom on her laptop, probably writing some emails.

"Mom!" She yells and stands in front of her.

"What's wrong sweetheart?" Scarlett asks.

"What's wrong?! Are you seriously asking me what's wrong!" Sophie yells and trows the envelope into her mom hands before running up the stairs again.

When Sophie arrived in her bedroom she grabs a duffel bag and puts some clothes in there.

She can't stay in this house at the moment. She is only packing for a few days, she won't leave her mom forever.

Downstairs Scarlett just reads the letter and also gets tears in her eyes.

Yes she knew about Sophie having a twin sister. When Sophie was born her sister was born an hour before her. First Scarlett and Giovanni both took them home, but then they made an agreement that Giovanni would go back to Rome with Sophie's sister. He wanted to go back to his family in Italy while Scarlett wanted to stay in the US.

Giovanni and Scarlett were high school sweethearts. Right after Giovanni left they broke up.

Scarlett never contacted Giovanni again for two reasons: 1. She wanted to contact him but she simply didn't know how. She didn't have his phone number or from his family. 2. Even though she wanted to know how her other daughter was doing she just couldn't bare with the thought that she let them leave. She shouldn't have. She realized that a long time ago.

All of the 17 years of Scarlett trying to contact her ex boyfriend she didn't get anything from it, but now he contacted her.

Scarlett runs up the stairs to Sophie's bedroom. When she entered it she saw Sophie zipping up her duffel bag.

"Baby please don't leave. I'll explain everything." Scarlett begs.

"Just leave me be . I'm going away for a few days." Sophie shakes her head.

"You can't leave this house. I'm your mom." Scarlett yells.

"Yeah? Well as my mom you shouldn't have lied!" Sophie yells and runs out of her room and out of her house.

Sophie steps on her motorcycle and drives away, out of the street.

She stops at a corner and grabs her phone from her leather jacket.

Soph💋: Hey lizzie can I stay with you? I have something to talk about. It's important.

Lizzie🏳️‍🌈: Yes of course.

Soph💋: I'll be there in 10.
