Naomi, the eighteen year old daughter of Scarlett Johansson was in a relationship.

One that nobody knew about other than a few friends. Naomi also didn't have any plans to tell her mom or family.

Her boyfriend of 8 months, Jesse, was 22. He was 4 years older than her and none of her friends really approved of him.

He was always kind of a sketchy person but Naomi didn't notice. At first at least.

The first months were amazing, he was nice and really cared about her. But something happened. Something changed in his behavior.

In the FBI they would call that a stressor. Something that set him off, something that was his last straw. Something that made him let lose.

Naomi wasn't living at home anymore. Jesse practically took her from her home and moved her into his apartment. After 3 months of their relationship they were already living together. Scarlett wasn't very fond of the idea that her daughter was moving out but she also thought that Naomi was staying with a friend.

Not a boyfriend.

What Jesse's stressor was that he was fired from his job.

That night it all started to go downhill for Naomi.

Flashback:

"It all your fault that I got fired from my job!" Jesse yells.

"How is it my fault?" Naomi yells back. "You have an alcohol addiction that's your problem not mine!"

Jesse stands up and grabs Naomi by the throat. He pushes her against the wall.

"Jess- I can't- Jesse I can't breathe." She manages to get out while trying to breathe.

"It's what you deserve you bitch! You are just a worthless piece of shit!" He came closer to Naomi.

The young woman smelled the mans breath and notices that she recognizes the smell. Alcohol.

"Jesse y-you are fucking drunk! S-Stop it." Naomi sniffs.

Jesse puts pressure one more time on her throat and the girls vision begins to go black but then he lets go.

Naomi falls to the ground and starts couching. Trying to catch her breath. Jesse just walks away to their room and goes to sleep.

After about 10 minutes of catching her breath, Naomi stands up and to the bathroom.

When she looks in the mirror she sees a bruise forming.

End of Flashback

Every time he does that or he assaults Naomi in some sort he apologizes the next day. And Naomi accepts it. Well she is scared what will happen is she doesn't.

Every time Naomi is at home with her mom there are signs.

Signs that Scarlett notices.
