The Story

Hello lovelies,

As promised the story of SkyeBlueHeart will be explained in this part. I will warn you there are some trigger warnings and this may not be the full story I am only going off of what I was told, I was not here when this happened.

Skye grew up in the UK, where I'm not sure. I was told she had a boyfriend for a long time she was really into, one that ended up taking advantage of her and crushed her heart and trust in people. I don't know details of what happen, I don't know if it was physical or mental abuse but a friend of hers stated it was "Mental and some physical, I know he cheated on her with her cousin, who was like her best friend" I will state this, when Skye arrived in Wattpad she was very jaded, not very liked and honestly a difficult person to understand. Once you talked to her, got past her walls, you learned how big her heart was. She was a caring, funny, and all around good person. Her story of abuse from a loved one, her boyfriend, resulted in bullying from her classmates, from what I am told she was labeled as a whore. Her story on Wattpad starts with a girl, whose name we will change to Amy. Amy and Skye flirted a lot and Skye fell hard, but in the end Amy chose someone else. I am told she was pretty upset and said something about one of her friends, from what I understand it was based around a secret that wasn't supposed to be told. The girl saw this as Skye threatening her and her friends. This resulted in an attack from her friends, on her message board, in her DMs for a couple of hours. Imagine being verbally beat down for hours after already feeling like the world was against you? This resulted in Skye making a permanent choice to a situation that never should have happened. The point of this story is that no matter who you are, where you are, or who you are saying it to, you don't know their past. You never know the full story, no one knew Skye's past about her cousin and her boyfriend, people just assumed she was a mean person. Skye was damaged, she was lashing out and bullying set her over the edge. My hope, for this hashtag and this book is to raise awareness to teen suicide and teen bullying. I hope some read this and realize their words are like boulders being placed onto someone trying to swim out of darkness, sometimes it only takes one more to completely lose someone. To her family, I am so, so very sorry for you loss and I can't imagine how hard it is. SkyeBlueHeart this is for you and your family, I never want this to happen to someone else's kid, sister, lover, or friend.
