A few days later

Jungkooks pov

I tidy up around the house when I hear a knock on the door. I look at the time and tilt my head "eh? Everyone is at work..who is that?" I walk to the door and open it

My stomach drops seeing Mr Park stood there. I step back "j-j-jimin I-isn't h-home" he smiles "I know..i came to talk to you" he looks down "my wife isn't here. Its okay" I hesitate but then let him inside and close the door behind him.

He sits on the couch and I then sit opposite him on another couch. He looks at me "I'm sorry jungkook" I tilt my head and he sighs "how we treated you while you lived with us was unacceptable and I'm so so sorry"

My eyes widen and he then looks at me "you are a Jeon and if you do not want to be my son then you do not have to be my son...technically you are not anyway. I did not sign the document"

I bite my lip "y-you're okay with me and jimin?" he smiles and nods "I am. My son has always adored you and I could see that you loved him more than a brother from the moment we brought you home"

I smile a little "we're engaged now.." i show him my ring and he gasps "that's amazing! Congratulations" I giggle "thank you.."

My phone vibrates.i look at it "Jimins on his way home" Mr Park stands up, "then I will get going.....but before I go, I brought this for you" he hands me a small bag

I tilt my head and open the bag and gasp "no..." he nods "I found him when my wife was ripping your things up that were in our house.. I remembered you are very attached to it"

I stare at my pink bunny stuffie "Kookie..." i bring it to my nose and gasp a little "it smells like jimin!" he chuckles "it was hidden in Jimins old room" I hug him "thank you Mr Park" he gasps but then hugs me back "don't thank me...you didn't deserve anything me or my wife did to you. I hope you accept my apology"

I nod and he then ruffles my hair and walks out after saying goodbye.
I sit on the couch holding the stuffie and giggle a little "I can't believe it..."

Atleast mr Park is nice and now cares about us..
I just wish Mrs Park would be the same..
