The next morning... it's around 6 am everyone is still asleep
Jay: well at least they won't wake us up this time
Hailey: "nope cus we're already awake aren't we Bella." I rub my finger against her Cheek as she nurses.
Lauren: mommy are these your friends?
Hailey: yes sweetheart these are daddy's and I's friends from work
Lauren: Will they play with us?
Hailey: maybe if you ask nicely they will
Lauren: okay!
Jay: not right now baby. It's early their still sleeping
Lauren: okay
Hailey: "you done baby?" I ask Bella even though she can't respond. I sit her up and let for relax in my arms.
Jay: we should bring them in the ocean today. See if they like it
Hailey: oh my gosh I forget they haven't been in the ocean yet. Let's do it
Lauren: can I have breakfast?
Jay: sure baby. Their gonna wake up soon anyway might as well let the kids eat first cus it will take a while
Hailey: yeah let's go." We go into the front room and Jay makes breakfast for Lauren and the rest of us for later while I watch Lauren play on the floor.
20 minutes later
Jay: morning sleepyheads
Adam: dude it's so early
Jay: I said that yesterday
Kevin; remind me never to have kids I need my sleep
Lauren: daddy!!
Jay: Lauren runs up to me and I pick her up and she lays her head on my bare shoulder and I kiss her forehead
Kevin: okay maybe I do want kids cus that is the cutest thing iv ever seen
Jay: they are cute aren't they." We all go sit on the coach while we wait for Kim and Vanessa to wake up. Bella crawls over to me from Haileys arm so now I have two kids on my chest while Hailey eats her breakfast. We're currently watching Octonouts
Kim: what are you guys watching.
Vanessa: what is this
Adam: it's Octonouts and my new favorite show
Kim: "ok. Wow Jay your such a dad."
Jay: haha I guess I am.
Hailey: will you give me at least one of my children
Jay: nope
Hailey: hey!
Jay: love you
Hailey: "love you to. But I'm taking her anyway." I grab Bella out of Jays arms and kiss him
Jay: fine
Vanessa: out of all the things I imagined you two would fight over kids was not one of them
Hailey: it's not fair they both like him like you think at least one of them would prefer me
Kevin: maybe they sense your attitude
Hailey: I slap him
Kevin: motherhood hasn't made you softer
