Volleyball Girl?

Chapter 1

Apollo's POV:

I keep moving around due to my dad's job, it was the first day in my new school, on the new volleyball team, i'm used to being on a bunch of different teams and trying to fit in, where i obviously don't belong.

"have a good day hunny" My mum said as i hopped out the car.

I walked towards the entrance of my new school, it was bigger than any other one i'd been to. I walked towards the reception to get my timetable and any other information i need.

"Hi" I said to the office staff

"Name?" she asked me 

"Apollo, Apollo Moore" I told her

"your new?" 

"Yes miss" 

"Here, she will show you around" She said pointing to a girl sat down "if you get lost here's a map of the school, here's the schools rules and dresscode, don't break them. Welcome to Hollow high"

"Erm.. thanks" I said picking up all the paperwork she gave me, turning to the girl sat down

"Hi, I'm Apollo" I said reaching my hand out to shake hers

"Hi.. I'm molly" She said looking at my hand in disgust

I pulled my hand away and said "You're meant to be showing me around aren't you?" 

"Yep, follow me" She said

We got through the bottom floor and then halfway around the second floor until molly's friends came and found her, she just left me not knowing where my next class was.

*Ringg* 

'Shit the bell, late on my first day' i thought

I looked at my schedule and saw i was meant to be in room 007, i remember that was on the first floor, i fast walked to my homeroom.

I opened the door, with all eyes on me. 

"Who are you?" My teacher asked

"Apollo Moore sir" I replied

"Late on your first day? Doesn't bode well"

"I had this girl showing me around school sir, i was upstairs when she walked away and i didn't realise the time. It won't happen again, I promise" I told him

"Hmm ok, so class whilst their stood up, this is the new kid, Apollo, introduce yourself"

"Erm hi, my names Apollo, i just moved here, i'm joining the Volleyball team and yea" 

"Sit there" He pointed to an empty seat at the back of the class.

The day was the worst first day i think I've ever had in school, i didn't talk to anyone and they didn't speak to me. I stayed out of everyone's way, i had 2 months of work to catch up on ASAP for all my classes. I had volleyball practice for the first time tonight, the teams were mixed boys and girls.
