"Hyacinth!"

The loud voice of her favorite cousin, filled the empty hall she was walking in. She can't help but sigh when her cousin is in front of her. Both hands on both need supporting his upper body, while huffing for air.

He was still wearing his jersey and sweat is dripping from his face.

He looked at me and gave me a small smile. I can see the guilt in his eyes. Is he going to tell me something bad?

I was starting to overthink. I can't help it actually. Seeing his current state is making me nervous.

This is the first time, I saw him at this state again. The last time was when he forgot me at school. And he came rushing back to fetch me and to take me home.

"Hya, coach is giving me extra practice today. Why? Heh, I may or may not snuck out last time." I gave him a smile when he giggled lightly. "I-uhm, we might not get home till dark. I'm really sorry! I'll explain it to Auntie once we got ho-"

"I can go home myself Lucas."

He stared at me, shock. I gave him a weak smile, that made him shook his head. Is he thinking about that again?

I clenched my fist when I remembered what happened before. My fist started to tremble when everything came back to me.

"No."

"Huh?" I looked at him and he shook his head.

"I talked to coach earlier, asking if you can stay and accompany us." He softly said and held my hand. "He said you can stay and wait for me."

Squizzing his hand that is holding mine. I sighed and smiled at what he said. He really is the best.

"We should go to the field. Coach will surely kill me for taking too long."

"Can't wait to see coach throwing balls at you." I chuckled lightly, remembering his coach's face red because of anger.

He literally threw soccer balls at him, while he dodge every one of it. They were practicing for soccer, but it turned in to dodge ball. Which is actually hilarious to watch.

"Hey! I'm your cousin! You should help me get away from that horrifying balls." He shivered, remembering the horrifying memory of his coach throwing balls at him. "The last time he threw one at me, it hit me on my forehead-leaving a huge bump in it."

"Poor ball."

"What!?" He shockingly turned to me, eyes wide opened- mouth agape.

"You said the it left a huge bump on the ball." I said and bit my lip to surpass my laughter.

"It left a huge bump on my forehead! MY FOREHEAD, MINE." He said and stood in front of me, pointing at his forehead.

Eventually, he stopped. Shoulders slumped while mumbling stuffs, that I don't quite understand. I'm still biting my lip, if he heard my laugh.
