They were laying down, Atsumu in Sakusas arms and Sakusa holding him close. Atsumu had fallen asleep and Kiyoomi was just enjoying the moment together.

Osamu wouldn't be home for a while, so they could be together for a while longer. As Kiyoomi played with his boyfriends hair, he didn't notice the sound of the front door open and close. Osamu walked up to the room, only to find the door was locked. Osamu banged on the door, surprising Sakusa, and making Atsumu wake up. Atsumu unlocked the door after Sakusa got up and sat on the other side of the bed, not wanting Osamu to suspect anything. But that's stupid because the door was locked.
Osamu probably knows something was happening but he didn't think anything gay was happening.
