Josh's POV
"Hold on, let me go wake Cloe up," I say to Mully, looking at the time. "Alright, be quick," He replies, paying attention to his moniters. I take my headset off and stand, leaving my recording room. I walk down the hall to Cloe's room. I knock on the door softly, getting no response. Typical. She needs to get up for the first day of school, though. I try her door, it's open. I open the door, it creeks as I open it wide. She's laying in bed, the cover over her shoulders and face. She's facing the wall. I head over to her bed, shaking her shoulder.

"Cloe, get up," I say. No response. I flip her on her back, my heart drops. Pillows. She's not in here! Maybe she's getting ready all ready... No, sshe wouldn't put pillows in her place! She's never up at 5 A.M anyways! My heart starts racing as I get a bad feeling. I spot her phone on the bedside table, she never leaves it. Where would she be. I run out of her room, yelling her name. She should hear me! This house is super echoy! "Cloe!" I yell loudly. Hell, even Mully can probably hear me. When I get no responses, I dash back to my computer.

"She's... not... here," I say between quick breaths, putting my headset back on but not sitting. "Wait, what?" Mully asks, I can tell he has a worried face.

"She's not in the house!" I say. He looks panicked. "C-Call her!" He yells.

"Her phone is here, that's whats worrying me!" I yell. He stops, thinking for a second. "Text Ant! He might know!" He suggests. I grab my phone off of my desk and sit in my chair, attempting to calm down. I take deep breaths and shakily text Ant.

'Hey, has Cloe talked to you recently?'

I sigh and hear my phone ding immediately.

'No, she didn't even text me goodnight or anything last night. I just assumed that she was asleep, why?'

Panic fills me. She left to go to bed after her and I ate dinner last night. I didn't check up on her, because she was really tired and I didn't want to disturb her. "Fuck," I whisper to myself. "I-I gotta go," I say, not waiting for a response from him before leaving the call. I look at the text, debating about telling him that I have no idea where the hell she is.

'She isn't here, her phone is here.'

Before I can think, I tell him.

'You don't know where she is?!'

'No, I have no idea...'

'Fucking file a police report! I'm going out to look for her and skipping school!'

I stop texting him and dial the Day Street Police Station. (I just used Sydney's police number) I know I shouldn't call 000, so I just call the police station. They pick up immediately. "Hello, Day Street Police Department, how may I help you?" A woman answers. "H-Hi! My...daughter is nowhere to be found," I calmly but quickly blurt.

"She's not there?" She replies calmly. "No, she was just here last night and she's gone now," I reply to her.

"Alright, you're filing a missing person report?" She asks. "Yes," I reply.

"Okay, has she been gone for more than 48 hours?" She asks. "N-No, about 8, why?" I continue.

"We cannot file a report for someone unless they have been gone for 48 hours or more," She sighs. "Really?!" I ask angirly.

"Yes, I disagree with it as well but it's out policy," She says. "A-Alright," Tears threaten to fall.

"Call back if she hasn't come back, then we will see what we can do," She says. I hold back tears, causing my throat to burn. "Thank you," I mutter, hanging up as quick as possible. I stumble back against my sound-proof padded wall. Tears flow as I become weak and collapse to the floor. I curl into a ball and sob. I can't fucking loose her! She's like a sister to me and I love her! So do the others... I'm meant to take care of her, and I can't do that. Fuck, fuck fuck!

"Goddamnit!" I yell, my voice croaking and cracking. I shut my eyes tight and breathe heavily. My phone rings. I find it, answering with teary eyes and not looking at the contact. "H-Hello?" I answer.

"Josh!" Ant. "I can't file one," Is all I say.

"She didn't let you file a police report!?" He asks angirly and upset. I can tell he's been crying heavily. "No," I mutter, closing my eyes and resting my back against the wall.

"What the fuck? Why?" He asks. "48... hours," Is all I can manage to get out before breathing heavily again.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck! She's nowhere around, I've looked everywhere, I'm telling the other boys, even the ones in America because they might help somehow," He explains. I don't respond, just sniffle. He hangs up without another word. I drop my phone out of my hands and hide my face in my hands. "Why!?" I yell loudly.

"Please, find her, god, please," I pray, putting my hands together. I shakily stand up, my legs weak.

I have to help.

I pick my phone up again and call Mully. "I'm picking you and Ant up, we're going to look for her," Before I can even realize he answered he blurts. I nod, knowing he can't see me. He hangs up, causing me to put my phone in my pocket. Fuck...
