"I heard Karina ran away?" Yeji approached a slightly distressed looking Yizhuo while sipping on the orange juice that the owner offered for them during their break.
"don't worry too much, just focus on your gig" but it seemed as Yizhuo is the most worried one, it wasn't an assuring statement at all. And it sends Minjeong to panic as well because she saw how Jimin's eyes were tearing up and that concerns her.
All of them were not in their best states after that song, and that's why the owner was quick to call for their break.
"you alright?" Aeri slides up next to Yizhuo who was leaning on the table while looking at her phone with furrowed brows.
However, she goes unnoticed which makes her frown, Ryujin noticed it and despite all of them feeling a little distressed, she goes over to pat her buddy on her shoulder.
Minjeong is a little unresponsive right now and everyone can tell that she's easily the one who's the most perturbed, so they all give her the space she needs to recollect her thoughts first while the time remaining before their break ends continues to tick.

Choi Jisu
active nowNow seated beside Jimin who was recollecting herself on the swing, with the packet of tissues that Jisu gave her resting on her lap. The younger one of the two forgot to send a quick message to the group that she found where the vice president is because of how shocked she is to see Jimin like this.
Seated on the swing right next to her, with every shift in Jimin's sitting position causing a creak on the rusted chains holding the leather up. It was mostly silent as there weren't kids around since it's a little late into the night, and the only noises were from the bowling alley on the corner of the street, the neon lights illuminating that parking space in front of it.
Jisu didn't know what to say and she rarely felt that way, some people even point out how she always has something to say or that she always has a comeback.
They were disturbed by loud cheering inside the bowling alley where they were, it was probably the band starting their next song, Jisu figured that it would be nice to have it playing in the background while she tried to understand Jimin's situation right now.
"Jisu..." the older girl called, causing Jisu to hum, unable to tear her gaze on the pavement in front of the sandbox that they're currently in.
"you heard the song too, right?" Jisu nodded. Despite being a few months younger, she felt responsible tonight. It's not rare to see Jimin cry, but it's also quite uncommon. And when Jisu found her at the pavement in front of the playground, bawling her eyes out at the cold of the night, it sent her to the oblivion of concern.
"loving someone to the point of wanting to take their pain..." Jimin recalls the lyrics, Jisu thinks it's quite the jump just for the person to feel happier. It just sheds light on the things she's uncertain of about relationships.
"loving someone to the point of wanting them to know how much you do love them. I-it's a lot of frustration" Jisu leaned to look at Jimin who looked very distraught, maybe with a hint of fear hidden there as well.
And it makes Jisu curious.
"Have you ever felt so frustrated over something good?" Jisu didn't hesitate to ponder, because there were countless times that she's been tested and pushed over the normal levels of frustration.
"I'm... not sure"
"have you ever looked at someone and wanted to slap them for being too good to be true? Not out of jealousy, but out of wanting to be worthy to be theirs" Jisu didn't know what Jimin was talking about at this point, the more the latter is speaking, the more exasperated she sounds.
"have you ever looked at them when they're happy and smiled at them? Not because of how stupid they're smiling, but because they're simply being happy"
"Jimin-"
"have you ever looked at them with their head buried on their palms in exhaustion and felt your heartache? Not because of the sight but because you want to buy them coffee or offer a ride home"
"Jimin"
"Have you ever seen them talking to someone more superior than you are and felt your world deteriorating? Not because of jealousy but because they might like the company better than yours"
"have you ever wanted to offer the help that they needed but never wanted from you?" it scared Jisu to hear this from Jimin; the sacrifices of love. The ambiguity of it all, and how it's easily misconceptualized by the naive mind.
"is that love? Is it really that cruel sounding?" Jisu didn't know how to respond to all these questions flocking over her.
"Jimin?"
"Jisu, I don't want to feel this way. Not to her, not when she doesn't know how I'm feeling. But- fuck-" Jimin looks up, trying to suppress her tears with heavy breaths.
"I'm in love with her"
It scared Jisu. The whole concept of love and the realization it strikes onto someone scared her because she can't understand why human feelings react like that when they're in love.
And it gives her the reality that maybe... she's not ready after all.
