Nate was getting ready for school in his room. He put on a white jacket with green stripes and 10 on it. He made sure that the sleeve covered the Omnitrix. He grabbed his bag and walked downstairs.
Gwendolyn: Hey, I heard what happened to that kid from your school. Such a tragedy.
Nate: Yeah, he was a nice kid.
Gwendolyn: Wow, I haven't seen that jacket since your dad wore it when he was 16.
Nate: Just thought I'd put it on.
Gwendolyn: Okay, well, Kevin's in the garage if you're ready to go.
Nate walks into the garage to see Kevin underneath the car.
Nate: (sarcastically) Oh, no, he's gone. Such a shame.
Kevin chuckles and rolls out.
Kevin: You good, kid?
Nate: Yeah, all good.
Kevin: Just fixed the undercarriage. Should drive much smoother now.
Nate: Smoother than before? I didn't even think that was possible.
Kevin: Hey, you got your license, right?
Nate: Yeah... why?
Kevin: Come by the shop after school. I got a surprise for you.
Nate: Sure, that doesn't sound ominous.
Kevin lowers the car down and they get in.

Nate walks through the school. He sees Courtney by her locker looking through the yearbook.
Nate: What are you looking at?
Courtney: Potential recruits for the JSA. Did you know Yolanda does boxing?
Nate: What does it feel like to ignore me? Stop with the Yolanda stuff.
Courtney began looking through the pages. Yolanda walked past. She bumped into Henry King Jr. whilst walking to her locker. Henry walks away and was approached by Cindy.
Cindy: What did she just say?
Henry: Nothing.
Cindy: Henry!
Henry: Look, I gotta go.
Cindy: Henry!
Henry walks away.
Jenny: Oh, no, he didn't.
Cindy approaches Yolanda.
Cindy: What did you just say to my boyfriend, huh? Something dirty, I bet. Listen, he's seen enough of you. Got it? Everyone has.
Courtney approaches the situation.
Nate: No. Stop.
It was too late, Courtney had already engaged with Cindy.
Courtney: Stop it! What's your problem?
Cindy: You have no idea who you're messing with.
Yolanda backs away and walks off.
Courtney: Neither do you!
Cindy moves closer to Courtney.
Cindy: You will never see me coming.
Cindy walks into class. Courtney tries to follow after Yolanda. Nate walks after her.
Nate: Do you enjoy doing the opposite of what I say?
Courtney: A little bit.
They turn the corner to Yolanda.
Courtney: Hey, Yolanda. Wait.
