Liliana Rose Wood always knew she wanted to help people. She has a Spanish mom who met an lovely American on a trip Barcelona. They fell in love and her mom moved to America to live with her dad, Rosalía Hernández and Cameron Wood. In the misted of it all Rosalía got pregnant with twins. Ever since Liliana and Mattheo were born, Mattheo had become sick, that is one of the reasons why Lilia went into medicine but she also wanted to save lives. As Lilia and Theo grew up Theo started getting better and Lilia got good grades and tried hard in school, when she got excepted into Yale she was top of her class and she decided to take her internship in Seattle Grace and she was in a intern class with Cristina Yang, Alex Karev, Meredith Grey, Izzie Stevens & George O'Malley. When Lilia completed her intern year, she went on to be a resident and met a lot of good friends and also the love of her life. Lilia was also working with two of her childhood bestfriends Mark Sloan and Derek Shepherd even thought you were abit younger than them, you Derek and Mark were bestfriends when you guys were in school and even high school but then when you started your internship you and your whole family moved from New York to Seattle but the last thing Lilia thought was that she would see Derek and Mark again but they ended up working in Seattle aswell and that made you even more happier. Theo was also better and he got a wife Bethany and two beautiful twin girls Amelie and Naomi
