No. 17 New Year's day

Summary- It's New Year's Day and the first one for Hazel so Kensi and Deeks decide to go away to New York for a holiday. Idea inspired by @amberjadecatherine

Chapter 1

Kensi's POV

"Deeks!" I yelled

"Yes!" He yelled back

"You forgot to buy some nappies we're all out," I said

"Well sorry I've been busy doing the gardening that you asked me to do,"

"Well can you go and get some?" I asked

"Yes dear of course dear three bags full dear," he said sarcastically

I punched him gently on the shoulder "just go,"

"Why don't you go?" he asked

"Because I asked you to do it 2 days ago,"

"So,"

"So, I'm sick and tired and I've been up all night with Hazel I'm not well enough to drive," I moaned. Deeks kissed my lips and left. I lay down on the couch and slept for a while but Hazel's scream soon woke me up I got up and checked on her. Just then Deeks came with the nappies so I changed her and went back to sleep. I woke up a while later and saw Deeks holding Hazel he put her down on the floor" crazy year, right?" asked Deeks

"It has had its challenges why?"

"What do you say to you, me and Hazel going to New York for New Year's Eve?" Deeks asked

"Sounds good to me," I smiled giving Deeks a kiss

Chapter 2

Kensi's POV

It was the day before New Year's and our flight left in an hour and we were waiting at the airport excited. Hazel started to cry so I quickly found a restroom and changed her nappy.

"All flights to New York boarding now," said the flight attendant over the loud speaker. We got up and boarded our plan and got ready for our first holiday as a family.

Deeks' POV

"Honey this hotel is beautiful," said Kensi as we looked out at the snowy view. We were here for a week so we unpacked and lay down and slept for a while. We woke up a few hours later hungry Kensi fed Hazel and then we went down to the buffet "the foods delicious!" I exclaimed as I tucked in to my rib eyed steak. After dinner, we went for a walk around the city and central park after a while it got dark so we went back to the Hotel.

Chapter 3

Kensi's POV

We sat in wait for the final countdown in Time Square

01!" Everybody screamed at 1 Deeks and I kissed to celebrate the new year we looked down at Hazel who was surprisingly sound asleep. We went back to the Hotel and put Hazel to bed me and Deeks sat on the couch, the fire crackling in front of us I leant over and gave Deeks a kiss he deepened the kiss we separated for air but then we moved to our room and celebrated the new year.

I hope you enjoyed another chapter. I know that these aren't really one shots because they relate to previous chapters that I have written. I just didn't want to put them all as one chapter because they would be too long.
