Big trouble

First of all I want to say sorry I originally planned my summer to write a few books but my mom had other plans and second I want to say thank to all the people that saved this book I didn't even think this book would be discovered- anyways thanks you again and enjoy I guess -Hermione_Lxtte

Y/n POV
"Did anybody see that?" Hiccup asked as we got off the ground. I turned around to say something but then I saw a monstrous nightmare right behind him "hiccup! Behind you!" "Expect for you." The monstrous nightmare started chasing us and hiccup was screaming like a little girl which I have to admit is pretty funny

"Do not let them escape!" I heard my dad yell form the distance. For some odd reason the nightmare is really aiming to kill hiccup and spitting all his fire at him. But hey I'm not complaining, I'm safe. Hiccup really tried to hide behind a wooden pole and expected the dragon to not catch it on fire.

I just stood there watching this scene unfold. I know I should help him but..... this more fun. Just when he was about to get face bitten off Stoick jumped onto the dragon and I have to admit I was a little disappointed when hiccup made it out without a scar. But I have to say a monstrous nightmare being beat up by Stoick with his bare hands is kind of satisfying.

The pole came crashing down soon as well, and hiccup let out a girl scream again. Gotta admit I enjoyed my show.

Hiccups POV
I watched the flaming pole fall to the ground with a pained expression "sorry, dad" part of the flaming pole broke off and it spun around and I could hear a few people scream but all the dragons left. I looked around to see everyone looking at me and I just shrugged
"Ok, but we hit a night fury" I said really fast before Stoick grabbed me by the collar of my shirt.

"It's not like it's the last few times we really actually hit it!" I tried to explain and look at my sister for help but she just smirked and I sent her a glare before I went back to explaining "if you guys weren't so busy you would see that we had a very clear shot and it went down in the raven point, we can send a search party out there-" "STOP"

"Just stop." Dad says much calmer this time "every time you step outside this happens." Oh boy here we go again. "Can you not see that I have bigger problems? Winter is almost here and I have an entire village to feed" I stare at him for a moment before answering "you know between you and me the village could use less feeding ya think?" I let out a sigh afterwards and I could hear my sister let out a small chuckle and I send her a small smile.

This isn't a joke hiccup!" (Almost forgot you existed Stoick :D) "why cant you follow the simplest orders?" "I-I can't stop myself if I see a dragon  I just need to kill it ya know? It's who I am dad." I reply "you and me both" I hear my sister say Stoick looks at her and I just nod. "Oh many things you two" he sighs as he puts a hand on his forehead

Y/n's POV
"But a dragon killer is not one of them" ouch. That hurt. "Get back to the house you two." "Make sure they get there." Stoick orders gobber as he gives hiccup a slap on the head. "I have this mess to clean up" he says walking away as I walk torwards hiccup and gobber.
We walk over to ruffnut and the others and the twins just start laughing as tuffnut says "quite the performance" and snotlout adds a compliment of his own "I've never seen anyone mess up that badly" "that helped!" "Thank you" my brother says "we tried" I add in

I take a glance at Astrid we make eye contact. I blushed and looked at my shoes as I continued to walk. Last thing I heard was snoutlout's idiotic laugh. "We really did hit one" my brother explains and I just give him the "he's not going to believe you" look he just shakes his head and continues and I just give him an eye roll.

"But he never listens" "and when he does it's always with his disappointed scawl (tell me if I wrote it right-) like someone skipped on the meat on his sandwich." " excuse me Barney I'm afraid you've brought me the wrong off spring i order a extra large boy with beefy arms  extra guts and glory on the side." "This here this is a talking fish bone" he says in his best Stoick accent and I have to admit it was pretty funny so I let out a small giggle.
