Note: Hey! My name is Nida and I'm writing this story, it's basically a mixture of real fiction and paranormal/horror stuff!....and this is my first time. Plus, I'm a lazy ass so dont expect me to update more then twice a week! Anyways I hope you like it!!P.S No hate :D

"Done" I said, placing the last book on the shelve. I was setting up my room because we had moved to a new house. After cleaning my room I headed to the hall where my little sister was watching T.V. "Hey Care Bear" I said, plopping myself on the couch. "Hey Noelle" She replyed, without shifting her gaze from the T.V. "I have a small gift for you!" I said, "Really?! What is it please tell me!!" She pleaded. "Alright then follow me!" I said, standing up from the couch. We both headed upstairs to my room, and Carrie jumped with happiness when I showed her the porcelian doll. She thanked me and ran to her room for playing with her. I was still thinking about that girl who that doll belonged to. It was really suprising that a small girl like could move so fast. After giving up on figuring that out I decided to pack my school bag and pick out some clothes for school tomorrow.

After doing all that stuff I went downstairs to grab some snacks. I entered the kitchen and saw my sister sitting on the dining table and talking to the doll. "Who did that to you?" She asked the doll, tracing her fingers on a scar on the doll's hand. "Who are you talking to?" I asked Carrie " To Ruby" She replyed. "So you gave a name to her" I smiled. "No, She told me that her name is Ruby!" She said, giving me big smile. "You have a great imagination" I replyed patting her hair After getting my snacks I went back to my room to watch some YouTube videos.

While watching videos I heard the door close. I quickly looked away from the screen. "Mom?" I asked, but no reply came. It was 3:48 in the afternoon, but my Mom comes at 4:00. I called out for Carrie but she didn't reply either. It could not be Dad because he is gone on a bussiness trip. I gave up on figuring out who it was and just went downstairs to see who it is. I called for Carrie again but she didn't reply. I started to panick. I went to the tree house to check if she is there. "Don't worry I will save you from it" Carrie said so someone. I couldn't see who she was talking to. "Carrie!" I sighed with relief. "What are you doing here? You know dad told you not to use this because it's old and it's a little broken!" I explained. "But Ruby told me that she wanted to come here" She replyed "Ok whatever but you have back to the house!" I said. "Alright" She picked up the doll and climed downstairs. Ok honestly this is kind of freaky!! My sister usually does not talk to dolls or toys. Ignoring the thoughts I was going downstairs when I felt someone watching me. I turned around because it was a little uncomfortable and I was curious, but no one was there! Obviously no one would be there. I thought to myself. When we moved here we were really excited because we always wanted a tree house and it was already built, but my Dad said that it is broken so he's gonna fix it and then we can use it.

I headed back to the house. As entered I saw my Mom hugging Carrie. "Where were you?" My Mom asked as she noticed my presence. My mom is a little protective about Carrie because she has asthama and onece she had an asthama attack..."Well, I was in my room and I heared the door open...." I trailed. I explained the whole incident, "and yeah... so I found her in the tree house with her do-" "Ruby" Carrie interupted. "Yeah Ruby" I rolled my eyes. It kind of got annoying because I'm not used to Carrie talking to doll's and taking the doll's side and stuff. I wonder what will happen in the future if she keeps on talking to the dol- Ruby I mean. "Okay girls! Get ready we are going to Nando's!" My Mom said with a big grin on her face. We loved Nando's! Me and Carrie would always get really happy whenever we went to Nando's on weekend. After taming our happiness we headed to our rooms to get dressed. When we finished dressing up we drove to Nando's.

When we came back from Nando's I was really tired and went straight to bed. After rolling on my bed for a while I finally went asleep. Then I started to dream something....
"Carrie?" I said going into the tree house. I saw Ruby sitting there alone. I went closer to her. She slowly grinned and her hand lifted and pointed towards left. I looked in that direction and saw a white sheet that covered something. I crawled left and slowly picked uo the sheet. I saw my sister lying there her eyes wide and mouth open, gasping for air. "Carrie?" I shook her, "Carrie what's wrong where is your inhaler" I asked, as tears welling up in my eyes. "Children think that I'm an angel, but somethings are not what they look like..." I turned around and saw that Ruby, was speaking!! A doll speaking!! Her voice was robotic.. and he-her eyes were hollow and she looked horrible! She was steppung closer, each step she took, her face appeared more and more scary and ugly....

I woke up with a jerk. I was breathless and I was feeling really hot. I glanced at the clock and it was 3:53 AM. I decided to go downstairs and get some water. When I entered the kitchen I saw Ruby sitting there, I freaked out a little.... actually alot! So I just ran upstairs, back to my room. I can't belive I'm scared of a doll! I thought to my self as I went back to sleep.
