"Do you like killing mosquitoes?" You ask.
"mosquitoes can't really bite me... If they try to I just involuntarily zap them" Kaminari said looking up thinking about all the mosquitoes he's killed.
"Do you?" He said snapping out his thoughts.
"Hell yeah! I'm like a trained assassin, kill them and line them up as a warning to the others who were going to come for me" you say.
Kaminari gasped "Mosquito Murderer, and you say you want to be a hero" he said with fake disappointment.
"Well, I actually like insects but mosquitoes bite! Like I know they have their reasons, and they need to feed their family, but like COnCenT¿ Want to suck my blood? Ask me or get smacked!"
Just then you saw a mosquito and caught it between your fingers. (Impressive I know)
"Another one bites the dust!" You say.
"No, L/N I think it was trying to bite you..." Kaminari said laughing at you.
You entered class together just in time for your next lecture with present Mic.
"Catch you later" Kaminari gives you a heartwarming smile. 'It feels great to finally have some company' you smiled to yourself as you took your seat.
"HEYyy My liTtlE LiSTenEr'Ss " present Mic, like always was met with silence. "Ehem anyway, I'm holding a debate in class, it's a team project, you have a week to prepare."
"Do we get to pick teams?" Kirishima asked while raising his hand.
"Ofcourse not!" Present Mic shouted. "I've already assigned them, oh btw this debate will be graded and will contribute to your final grade at the end of the semester so take it seriously" he said before pairing the class up.
"L/N and Tokoyami VS Bakugo and Kaminari"
'Tokoyami huh? I don't mind it' you thought.
"TCH WHY DO I GET DUNCE FACE WTF" Bakugo complained.
"Kachhan you'd be unhappy no matter who you got" Midoriya stated.
"SHUT UP don't talk to me" he sat back down. Everyone in class figured he said that because he hated Deku, but you knew Bakugo was pissed because Midoriya had a point and he didn't want to admit it. You were always good and picking up on body language, tone and shift in energy, that's why you knew your class without having to converse with them.
*Timeskip*
You were packing up ready to go home as Tokoyami approached you.
"So how are we going to do this... Meet up at the library or something?"he said.
"Yeah sure, the one besides the bus stop right? I know it, I'll meet you there at 5?" you said.
"Okay, I'll be by the Demonology and paranormal activities section, see you there" he left.
'awesome! I actually have so many questions for him... I desperately want to befriend that demon under my bed' you got up to leave.
"L/n!, Don't leave without me! I thought we we're friends now" Kaminari said.
You felt a little happy he saw you as a friend. " Are you sure? Don't you have to prepare for the debate?" You questioned.
"No I--"
"Yes HE DOES" He was cuttoff by a ticked off Bakugo holding the back of his collar preventing him from escaping "I'm not losing just because I got paired with you!" He looked towards you "you're the extra lm up against, right? Heh just know that IM GONNA WIN AND WIPE THE FLOOR WITH YOUR SORRY ASS"
"Okay" you said expression-less.
"Huh- Ok- HUH!? WHAT'S WITH THAT ATTITUDE. BETTER COME AT ME WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT! DONT LOOK DOWN ON ME!"
"Okay" you said again.
"ARGHH WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!? PEA-BRAIN"
"So you're gonna yell in my face no matter what I say?" You said calmly. You've been wanting to tease him like this for a while now.
"Pfft" Kaminari
"S-SHUT UP!" He said walking away with Kaminari in tow.
'What's the deal with her, annoying extra, tch' he thought.
