Selena and Marcos walked in, noticing everyone surrounded at the table. "Okay, listen up. That was a very different breed from Hobbs' usual wannabe warriors. We need to learn who these people are, what they're made of. Vegh?" Shaw questioned.
"O'Conner, Parker, Pearce, Toretto and the rest of the team." Vegh says showing the picture. Selena stared at the photos, a neutral expression on his face. "These guys are common criminals. Tonight these common criminals were seconds away from taking us down. Show them the respect they deserve, or it weakens us." Shaw says. "You might want to see this." Klaus says showing a photo of Letty and Dom. "Ring any bells?" Shaw questions Letty, causing Selena to look up at her mother. "Yeah. That's the guy I shot." Letty says.
Selena's eyes widened as she looked at her mother. 'Shot him?' Selena worries. "You look happy." Shaw says. "I don't remember him." Letty says. "That's bullshit. We got a problem, guys. We got a picture of her with the guy who almost took you out." Klaus says causing Selena and Letty to glare at him. "Klaus, aren't you team muscle? Don't make me go over there and make you team pussy." Letty says causing Selena to smirk. "She doesn't remember him. Names and records aren't enough. I want personal information. Get into their lives, into their minds. Find their weaknesses, and we will exploit them." Shaw says as he turns to Selena. "I need a word with you." She says causing everyone else to leave.
Marcos and Letty give her a look, but she sends a small smile to them causing them to walk away. "You're not going to back out now, are you?" Shaw questions the girl. "No." She says. "Good, because once you're in this, you are never getting out. And if you find a way, I will hurt you in the worst possible way I can." Shaw says causing Selena to glare. "What do you want with me?" She seethes. "I know who you really are Toretto." Shaw says with a smirk. She glares at the man. "If you know so much about me, you will know to not mess with my family." Selena says as she walks away.
She rolled her eyes and flopped onto her bed, just as Adolphson walked in. Selena looked over with a slight glare. "Training in 5, don't be late." Adolphson says causing her to roll her eyes and reluctantly get changed.
Dom was stood by his car. He held the small cross necklace in his hands, Selena's. "I'm sitting here looking at these images... It's like we're hunting our evil twins. Look at this black dude right here, he's handsome. Clearly, that's me. We got a white Hobbs. This is Han. Tej, it's an African in a beanie. That's like your Mini-Me, man. And Brian! When did you do this photo shoot?" Roman questions trying to bring some light to the situation. Brian chuckled and flipped Roman off. "I'm just playing, man. You know you're the prettiest blonde around here." Roman says.
"All right, lock it up. We got two things. First off, this is the worst damn city in the world to commit a crime. They got cameras on every street corner. I got video footage from CCTV of the raid. Let's track that, see where it leads us. And secondly, we just got confirmation on what Shaw's crew grabbed from Interpol. They ripped off the database of every location that houses the final component that they need." Hobbs says as he walks in. "So where are they at?" Dom questions, holding the necklace. He looked down, remembering the look on his daughter's face as he saw her drive past him. 'I'll get you two back.' Dom thinks to himself.
It was the next day. Selena was fixing her car as Letty drove in. "We lost Ivory." She says to Shaw who was on the other side of the garage. "He's gone." Letty continues. "Thanks." Shaw says as he continues fixing his car. "That's it?" Letty questions, voicing Selena's thoughts. "If Ivory's dead, he made a mistake. If you make a mistake, you pay the price." Shaw says causing Letty to chuckle. "That's a great eulogy, Shaw. Are you going to give the same speech for the rest of us when we go out?" Letty questions. "You're the last one I'd have pegged to be sentimental. I like you, Letty. I dare say I even feel a certain warmth towards you. When I found you in the hospital, and you couldn't remember anything, I said to myself, "This girl has a gift. "She's a blank page." And that made me feel somewhat protective toward you. If something happened to you, for instance, I think I might find that slightly harder to bear. What I'm saying is, I would hate to see you make a mistake." Shaw says causing Selena to roll her eyes. "I'm going to get some air." Letty says as she walks out.
Selena slams the hood of her car down, giving Shaw a glare. "You know what you're doing, this isn't a game." Selena says accusingly. "Don't make accusations you can't back up." Shaw says. "You are making her believe she doesn't have anyone waiting for her out there! You're manipulating her into believing you care about her." Selena says. "Who says I don't?" Shaw questions with a smirk. "You're unbelievable." Selena says as she rolls her eyes and walks out of the garage. She felt as if she did that a lot. She wanted to stand up to people, tell them how she truly felt, but she was afraid. If she started talking, she knew she would never stop.
She walked up to where her and Marcos' room was. She sat on her bed just as Marcos walked in. She looked up just as he sat on her bed. "You okay?" He questioned. "Could be worse." She says causing him to chuckle. "Yeah, you're right." Marcos says as he looks at her, who was close to tears. "Hey, what's wrong?" He questions. "I hate it. Shaw makes it seem as if he cares about her, she keeps drifting farther and farther away and I can't tell her who I am because it could make everything worse." She says causing Marcos to hug her. "Look, it'll be okay." Marcos says causing her to break away.
"No, it won't!" She exclaims causing Marcos to hug her again, just as a soft knock sounded through. "She okay?" Letty questions Marcos who was holding a crying Selena. "I think so." Marcos says causing Letty to walk deeper into the room. "Selena?" She questions causing her to look at her. "You wanna talk?" She questions causing her to nod. Marcos walks out of the room causing Letty to sit in his place. "It all just hit me at once. I just miss my family." Selena says as she wipes her eyes. "How long has it been since you've seen them?" Letty questions. "5 years." Selena says causing Letty's eyes to widen. "Shaw tried taking me when I was 7, his brother kind of saved me from him, then he trained me and raised me in London for 5 years." Selena says.
Letty's eyes widened as she looked at the girl. "Do you think they looked for you?" Letty questioned causing her to nod. "I know they did." She says with a soft smile. She then heard a throat clearing. Owen was stood in the doorway. "You have a job." He says to Letty who looks at the girl. "I'll see you later kid." She says as she stands up and walks out, Owen following.
