As Ginny started getting ready for bed, Harry walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. Ginny smiled as she leaned into him. She closed her eyes as Harry moved her hair and gave her small kisses on the back of her neck.
Ginny let out a breath as she said, "That feels good. Mm. Thank you."
In between kisses harry whispered, "You're welcome."
As Harry moved from kissing Ginny's neck to nibbling on her earlobe, Ginny asked, "Do you think anything will come of that note I gave you?"
Harry stopped nibbling and turned Ginny around, "With our history, who knows. I do know Tom though. He'll figure it out." Harry then smiled, "Besides, I'll be back at work soon to help. We'll get to the bottom of this."
Ginny nodded as she hugged Harry, "I know. I'm just worried. I just thought all this stuff was behind us. You know, the looking over our shoulders and looking in the shadows. I thought it was all over. After the war was over and the rest of the Death Eaters were caught, I thought we wouldn't have to worry about this type of thing." She sighed as she asked, "When's your next exam with Madam Pomfrey?"
Harry kissed Ginny, "I know. I'm tired of it too. I see Madam Pomfrey in a couple of days. Since I've been taking the reversal potion every day, my leg has gotten much better. I almost never need my cane around the house. I use it mostly when we're out and I haven't had to use the pain relief potion in days. I'm sure she'll clear me for work once I tell her that I won't be out in the field anymore."
Ginny smiled. She hated seeing Harry in pain. Especially when she couldn't do anything to help him. Once Harry got back to work, she knew that between him, Tom, and the rest of the team, everything would get cleared up quickly. Ginny felt safer already. She trusted Harry and he trusted Tom and the rest of the team. Ginny didn't have much to worry about concerning themselves. With the protection detail that Tom was going to assign, Ginny could still run her errands. 12 Grimmauld Place had so many protections and wards placed on it. Nobody could get to them here unless they were welcomed. The list of people who could come and go at the house was family, extremely close friends, The Order of Phoenix, and only the most important Ministry officials. Having all the protections did make having parties and get togethers a bit tough but they managed it. People who didn't know where the home was, side-along apparated to a spot by the broom shed in the back garden with others that belong to what Harry referred to as 'the inner circle'. With Harry's choice of profession and Ginny's high profile with the Harpies, all their friends and acquaintances understood why they had set up the home this way. Ginny was really worried about Andromeda and Teddy. She knew Harry had put up protections and wards at the Tonks house, but she still worried. Although Andromeda was a skilled witch, she wasn't as young as she used to be, and Teddy was so young. His life was just starting. Ginny would never forgive herself is anything happened to either of them.
Ginny looked up at Harry, "I want Andie and Teddy to stay here until this is all cleared up."
Harry nodded, "That's a great idea. Why didn't I think of that? With all the protections that we have set up, they'll be much safer." Harry knew what Ginny was thinking and he couldn't blame her. Harry loved Teddy like a son and had grown to love Andromeda and looked to her as a mother/aunt of sorts.
Ginny broke the embrace and finished getting ready for bed as Harry got settled into bed. Once Ginny had changed into her nightgown, she climbed in next to Harry. Harry wrapped Ginny up in his arms. As Ginny laid her head on his chest, he asked, "How did your lunch go with Andie? I know you've been worried about telling her that Teddy started calling you mummy."
Ginny replied, "It went really well. She seemed genuinely happy about it. It was like she had been expecting it."
Harry smiled, "Good. I'm glad it went well."
