Yeosang's perspective

"See you guys", The girl waves her hand at them, her eyes fixated on the certain boy, her eyes becoming cresents because of her wide smile as the car drove off into the distance.

Yeosang suprises himself as he even had the strength the wave her goodbye, even if he barely ever does so.

"So", wooyoung eyes him, "what happened between you two? Bet you stared at her again", and that earned him a sharp smack in the head, coming from seonghwa.

"Don't bother in other people's business you twerp, he doesn't bother you and san when you guys have intimate moments now does he", he lectured him lazily.

"He so does!", he retaliated, "oh so you admit having intimate moments with san huh", yeosang smirked at him, oh he knows well his bestfriend.

"I-i don't!— oh shut up", wooyoung stuttered as he jumped onto their van sulking, to his dismay seonghwa doesn't have the nerve to shut up and tease the younger about his little crush on san.

On the drive back home, Yeosang couldn't bother but remember his short but well spent time with y/n just a while back ago.

Le flashback

"Okay so, let's see it", he said to her as they settled down onto the grassy field behind the school as the others are minding their business (maybe) a few feet away.

The atmosphere was quite more peaceful than usual, with the sun going down as the faint shade of orange and merigold lit up the sky, the few trees swaying softly as some of the leaves fall as if they were snow, and a few dragonflys zoom around the bleachers, some settling on the flowers by the school garden near the field. To him it looked like a scene straight out of some whimsical fairy movie.

Yeosang that's enough tinkerbell for you now focus.

Both her and the girl had settled down on the field as she skims through her sketch book to reach the desired page. He takes this moment to examine her features as if she were a sculpture that is treasured and cherished, but also misunderstood. Her skin was like porcelain, but not too pale. Her nose bridge was sharp, but comes round the the tip. But what got his attention was her eyes. Her eyes show great persistance, as if determination to prove herself. But also softness, the kindness and compassion she has always shown. Each glimmer in them shows that she always has the mindset of adventure and drama, but also humor and bliss. But behind those was a glimpse of midnight darkness, as if there are mournful secrets waiting to be unfold. She's just fighting to keep it hidden.

How does he know this? Well being the one that has been pushed away to the side for so long comes with a nice advantage. The power to read people like an open book. He has mastered this ability all too well during the years. He knows what people are behind their mask. What plans they have stirred up, who they have in mind, even the burdens they carry. A simple stare amd he already knows what they have in mind. And by far she was the one he had a rollercoaster of a read.

"Okay, here it is!", the girl said, snapping him out of his thoughts as he was handed her sketchbook opened and the drawing of him being shown.

He just simply couldn't take his eyes of it. The details,  from the torso to the strands of hair cleanly drawn on with whatever pencil she used, was so well shown that he could hardly believed it was just a sketch for her. It was so clean of smudge that he thinks she hardly ever used an eraser. She even caught his features well. A detail he couldn't miss was that she didn't draw him looking like a lifeless statue, but it looked rather, alive. It was how she drew his eyes, like she could see the whole universe in them, not just some dull pitch black empty void.
