Introduction

Kang yeosang had a good childhood. Alot of friends, Happy parents, kind siblings, he couldn't ask for anything more. The one thing he loved the most was the hugs he's always got. It was his favorite thing in the world. Every hug he got, the more love he felt. His smiles reach the sky and his joy can be seen and felt by even the most coldest of people. It was all perfect for him, he never wanted it to change.

But, as they say, not everything lasts forever.

When Yeosang had turned 16, thats when his whole world turned upside down. Everything he ever knew and loved had turned against him, because of that one critical mistake he'd ended up filled with regret for the rest of his life.

No one stayed with him. They all had turned their back on him. Some didn't even want to look at him nor make the slightest contact with him. Some even started a rumour that once you hug him or be in his embrace, you will end up like the last person he hugged (which will be explained in the upcoming chapters). He was alone, disowned, and abandoned. All he wanted at that moment was a single hug, caressing his back slowly, letting him sink into the warm embrace that he loved so dearly, telling him everything was alright. But who was there to go to? He was unwanted, right? The tought tortured him until he can't take it no more and ran. He doesn't know where he was headed, he just needed to run away from everything.

Until he was found by a wealthy CEO. He pitied the boy and offered him to stay with him. Yeosang was old enough to understand that he shouldn't trust that easily. But then again, he had nothing, so he agreed and the man Gladly welcomed him into his mansion.
There he became welcomed by the other boys that, turns out, was also abandoned, lost, and hurt. From then on he became friends with the others, mainly 7 of them who he calls them their brothers. He grew to love them. But still, he was not as happy as before, there was still that growing pain in his heart, eating him from the inside. He learned to control those feelings with time. But it never really left him. He also never really accepted a hug from the others, no matter how much he wanted it, all because of the fear of what happened last time. And that was the last thing he wanted.

Soon he grew numb of the feeling of wanting acceptance from other people. The only thing that mattered to him was his brothers. He doesn't show fear nor regret anymore. People also moved on from the issue, but still haven't forget what he's done, still distancing themselves from him. But he didn't care anymore, not showing interest in other people and only trusting his gang and mainly himself only. Fast forward to 3 years later, beginning his last year of high school before college. This is where he will hear about the new student, Jeon y/n.

Now y/n, she was considered and proclaimed by her school and many other neighboring schools as a star student. She's beautiful, talented, humble, intelligent, and brave. Having several scholarships, winning two major talent competition overseas, held a protest against mental abuse and bullies, and has a account on social media where she would be a counselor to people who write they're problems to her. Anyone around her radius wants to be friends with her. I mean, who wouldn't want to, right?

But altough almost everyone knows her name, almost no one knows about her past. And she would rather keep it that way.

That's when the encounter between the two begin. Y/n has never new fully of the past of kang yeosang. Altough she has heard the stories, she never really fully believed them. She believed there's something else that really happened that day. Which led her to be more and more interested about becoming close with yeosang, even with alot of people against it. With yeosang on the other hand, has nothing to do with her. He
thinks that the girl is just snooping in his business and thats it.

Soon yeosang will have a different perspective of girl. He'll later sees that the y/n has other intentions that awaits. And he may have a slight glimpse of her hidden past.

Thus, their connection begins. Giving yeosang a chance to maybe smile genuinly again, to feel the same comfort in her embrace. But will the two even work out? With such different backgrounds and pasts, it will be filled with boundaries, threats, and risks. But will it be worth it?

After all, great risks comes with great consequences.

"Okay so I may or may not have planned this story to be a skz ff instead but hey! Don't worry ill make one in time hehe. Anyways this book is gonna be a rollercoaster mostly going downward but still i hope you all gonna love my first book eva! T_T
