Xavier POVI sat in my office, going through papers that required me to look over. I was getting frustrated because these dumb asses can't get their job done. I lost a deal with the gang in Mexico just because some of my men couldn't act right. I let out a sigh as I started thinking about my Bella. She's always managed to bring peace to my mind, whenever I think about her everything else just fades away. She was at school right now I couldn't wait for the end of the day where I finally get to pick her up and see her and have her in my arms where she's safe. My lips curled up at the thought of that.
I had some of my men watch her every move in and out of school anyways, it's unlikely something would happen to her. I've warned her about being around boys and hopefully she listens because my men will be updating me about everything. She better not lie about anything either.
My thoughts were interrupted by my cell ringing, I picked it up. I felt my heart clenching with anger when I heard him through the phone that my girl had gone out of the school with some boy. What the fuck! I clearly warned her about this. She's gonna get it when she comes home.
I instructed him to keep watch on them and keep updating me. I asked them to find out everything about that boy and send it to me. I let out a laugh in anger, this boy really think he could get between me and my Bella huh? Who the fuck does he think he is. I can make him disappear from earth in a snap of my finger without a trace. My princess is playing a very dangerous game, she doesn't know what I'm capable of..
It was three in the evening when I drove to pick my baby up from her school. I sat there in the car waiting for the bell to ring while dark thoughts continue to develop in my head. I saw her walked out of the school doors and found me. Why did she have to look so beautiful, I don't want any of these boys looking at her. I stared at her coldly as she approached my car and got in the passenger seat. As soon as she fastened her seatbelt, I stepped on the gas and sped off into the roads. I could see how uneasy she was from the corner of my eyes. Feeling guilty, aren't we. She should be.
"So Cade huh?"
I saw her eyes going wide but trying to cover it up with a clueless look on her face.
"H-Huh? What are you talking about?"
Cute, so she decides to play clueless.
I clenched my hands on the steering wheel until they were turning white, how dare she lie to me. I clenched my jaw hard from frustration.
"Princess, you not only have the audacity to disobey my orders but even lie to my face."
"Is it because of that fuck? That weak looking boy that you happily went out on a fucking date at lunch today?!"
I watched her as she became more and more anxious. This is pissing me the fuck off, I was supposed to have a good time with her right now but instead we're arguing about some irrelevant boy, she should not even be thinking about him right now. I took in deep breaths as I felt myself losing it but I try to control myself from going completely off on her.
