Chapter 22-My True Mate Was A Lie (End)

Lily's POV
I sighed and transformed into my human form, I was naked so I grabbed my shredded up clothes and covered myself.

I grabbed the gun and hid it behind me. Luke ran to me and hugged me,

"I'm so sorry Lily....please...please....Lily...forgive me..." He begged.

I let my tears come out at last...even big girls cry when they need to.

I looked at the ground sadly, "Lily? Are you okay?" Luke asked.

"No" I said in a cold voice, I let my bangs cover my face making a dark shadow.

"Lily...I know it's hard that you killed your own mother, but it wasn't your fault.." Luke whispered in my ear.

I tried my best to keep the anger to stop boiling, my blood started to boil. I stopped crying.

"You're right....it's not my fault.." I paused and slowly lifted my head to look at him.

"It's your fault" I said clearly and glared him in the eyes.

"No Lily, it was Scott...as a loyal beta I had to obey..." Luke said sadly trying to cheer me up...trying to clear his name.

That's when I showed the pistol from behind my back, and I aimed it at Luke.

"Wha?! Lily no stop!! You don't know what your doing!!" Luke said with fear in his voice.

I could hear his heart beating, it was rapid...he was scared of losing his life...yet he helped my mother find an end to her life.

He fell to his knees, I still aimed my pistol at him...

"My true mate......was a lie....."
