Chapter 25

5 years after.

Jeonghan's POV

"So when's the wedding?"

It was the time of the year.

Me and Joshua's anniversary.

We were all gathered in our unit's living room, all the guys ofcourse present as we wait for the clock to strike 12.

Yes, some of us are already married like Seungcheol and her girlfriend, Wonwoo and Mingyu, Soonyoung and Jihoon. The rest are engaged like Seungkwan and Vernon, Dino and Samuel, Dokyeom and his girlfriend.

We all decided that we're only going to move out of this unit once all of us are married so here we are.

They even said that we should pass this unit to our children.

As for Joshuji and I.. well.. we're still boyfriends and we've been together for 5 years now.

"I don't know, you should ask Joshuji about that. Because i'm ready to settle with him anyways." I answered Seungkwan's question, looking at my boyfriend beside me while playing with our interwined hands.

"Well, I can't tell when either. What I know is that I will propose to him soon." He answered, smiling as he ruffled and sniffed my hair.

We all chatted for another few minutes until our anniversary's just seconds away so we all started counting down.

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

"Happy 5th anniversary, my Hannie. I love you so much."

I didn't even get to respond when he pulled me up and crashed our lips.

Confetti started falling as the guys popped it.

Once we pulled away from the kiss, I greeted him back,

"Happy anniversary, Joshuji. I love you most."

And stole a peck on his lips like I always do.

"Okay remember to keep the noise down because we don't want to wake our children, don't we?" Seungcheol said.

"Nah, we're all going to sleep now anyway. Goodnight!" Joshuji said and I was so confused because normally, everytime we celebrate our anniversary, after greeting each other, the guys will say their messages for us, and me and Joshuji will be the last ones to say our messages to each other.

But none of that happened.

I just subtly sighed and smiled right after, greeting the guys goodnight.

Me and Joshuji then went inside our room.

I was expecting for him to atleast say a short message but no. He just kissed me goodnight so I have no choice but to sleep too.

"Where are we going?" I asked Joshuji.

Earlier in the morning, he asked me to take a bath and dress up after we ate breakfast because he said that we're going somewhere.

He's been driving for a few minutes now but he's still not telling me where are we headed to and what we're gonna do.

"Just wait and see, Hannie."

"Look, we're already here!" He beamed and parked the car properly.

We got off the car and I saw an open ground. I can barely open my eyes because it's windy.

After a few more walks, I gasped as I saw a guy and behind him is a helicopter.
