Alayíah's pov :
We go outside of the airport with all of our belongings and I see my dad standing right in front of the door with my two older sisters, Alaní and Aníyah.
I run up to them and my dad holds me as tight as he can, this is probably that happiest I've ever felt in a long time. I haven't seen my family in almost two years which is a lot harder then everyone think since I'm so close to my family.
"We don't get any love" my sister Alaní says then I hug both of my sisters and everyone says hi to Josh then we all get into the car and go to my dads house.
"Is Josh staying in your room with you" my dad asks as we get in the house. "Yea" I say then we take all of our things up to my room.
"Dad when are Zara and Gil coming back" I ask, Zara and Gill are my youngest siblings, Zara is 5 and Gil is 9, "I'm going to pick up Gil tomorrow and Zara will be back later tonight" he says then we all go sit in the living room.
"Hey I'm gonna go lay down" Josh says then gives me a hug and goes upstairs.
"Are you guys getting back together or are you back together" my dad asks, "We don't know yet, I mean we both said that we still have feelings for eachother and we've been on a few dates' but I'm not sure" I say, "He's a good kid I think you should keep him around" my dad says hugging me. "I'm gonna go lay down with Josh" I say hugging my dad then I go upstairs to my room.
"Cuddle me" I say laying down next to Josh, "Are you okay" he says holding me, "Yea I'm just tired" I say then I end up falling asleep.
later*
"Lay Lay" i hear my little sister say, "Zara" I say as I sit up on my bed and she jumps into my arms, "I missed you sissy" she says sitting on my lap, "I missed you too baby" I say then Josh wakes up.
"Joshy" she says hugging him, "Hey Z how have you been" he says holding her on his lap, "Good" she says smiling at him, "Are you still my bestfriend" she says to Josh, "I'm your bestfriend forever" he says then she takes us down the hall to see her room.
"Hey girls, and Josh" my dad says walking into Zara's room, "Hi daddy" Zara says as he picks her up, "There's pizza here if you guys are hungry" my dad says then him and Zara go downstairs.
"Lets go eat babe" Josh says helping me stand up then we go downstairs.
"I have to go into work tomorrow morning for a few hours do you want to go do something maybe after I get Gil" my dad says as we're eating, "Yea, do you think I'll be able to see aunt Liv and Noah while I'm here" I ask, "I'm sure we can make something work" he says then we finish eating and go sit in the living room.
later*
We're all sitting in the living room watching movies when someone knocks on the door. "Here hold Zara" my dad says handing me my sleeping sister, then he goes and opens the door.
"Hi baby I've missed you" my mom says walking in the door and over towards me, "Don't touch me" I say standing up and setting Zara down on the couch. "Don't be like that Alayíah" she says, "Don't be like what mom, your the one that hasn't talked to since I was 8 years old and I'm almost 19 now, your the one that ruined our relationship with eachother, so why would I want anything to do with you now" I say almost crying, "Lay calm down" Josh says stepping towards me, "No Josh leave me alone" I say now crying, "Look i think you should leave" my dad says to my mom, "I just want to spend time with my youngest daughter" she says and I start crying even more, "You decide to have a relationship with Alaní and Aníyah and not me, its your fault that you have nothing to do with me not mine and now its to late, just take the daughter's that you actually wanted and leave me alone" I cry then she steps closer and tries to hit me but Josh grabs me and holds me close to his chest, "Get out of my house now or I'm calling the police" my dad says then she takes my two older sisters and leaves.
After they leave i just stand there and cry into Josh's chest, "I'm going to take Zara to bed" my dad says then takes her upstairs.
"I'm sorry" my dad says walking back into the living room, "Its not you fault dad" I say while Josh is still holding me.
"Hey how about we get to bed now" Josh says and I agree then I go give my dad a hug and we go upstairs.
