They haunt me
Scream at me
Invade my sleep
Invade my dreams
Invade when I'm awake
All my mistakes haunt me
All my failures haunt me
All my flaws haunt me
I don't see me
Only my ghost
They sit beside me
Stare back at me in the mirror
Cradle me at night
Chase me in the day
Scream in my ears
Make me jump
Make me scared
In my reflection
Around the corner
Mine to carry
For eternity
Learn to love them
Accept them
In the end
These ghosts of my own
Become my friends
