Hello,
I wanted to put in a specific memory where Draco's attitude towards Mara changes because I feel I haven't written that much in the story so far. Hope you like this one; will be doing a short last chapter or two, one describing Mara's and Draco's wedding and the other an epilogue.
To those of you that have sticked by me so far thank you very much and I am going to properly thank you in the last chapter so stay tuned.
PS. need to do some editing later but it is nearing one in the morning so... going to skip that for now.

It was difficult not to be overwhelmed by emotions, now looking all the way at his sleeping form. Memories of when she was first in Astella, when for the first time his attitude changed slightly towards her. One day she was sitting in the library, alone, engrossed in a book, when suddenly, without knocking on the door, he stepped in, towards her side.
He seemed to be irritated by something or someone; she saw that immediately, even though she did not see him often she knew by now how his mood could suddenly change. And he did not seem happy,
"Hey" he said.
"Hello.." she said back; somewhat perplexed. Well not slightly, extremely.
"I was wondering if you might fancy a game of tennis..." he suggested to her total surprise.
"Um... against you?"
"No... not against me. With me, against Theo and Dante" and this statement puzzled him even more.
"Oh... but why do you want form a team with me instead of Theo?" she asked to which he sighed in exasperation and rolled his eyes.
"Listen. I know we don't get along very well but you are good at tennis and Dante has been bragging all day about having beaten both me and Theo so I would like to teach him a lesson. So, what do you think?".
"Um... maybe... I was actually reading and-".
"Oh, For God's sake... Don't be so dull. You can do without your precious books for a while you know. I don't know if you are aware but there is a life beyond hauling up the library all day" he said mockingly which annoyed her again.
"Do you know what... Thanks for your offer but I don't feel like hearing your insults and would rather read than-" but he interjected once more.
"Ok. OK. Sorry, I didn't mean it like that". Draco said and it came out somehow sincere and something strange happened between the two of them. Both of their gazes were fixed on each other and remained so; for a short while before Draco averted his eyes.
"If you like playing, come to the courtyard" he said and was gone. She thought about it and pondered for a moment. A breath of fresh air and some sport wouldn't hurt her, she hadn't wanted to tell him, but she was actually bored to death and had hoped to join him but didn't dare suggest it.
So, she closed her book and headed outside. When she arrived at the courtyard Draco dared Theo and Dante to a match and the latter two shared an amused look (which escaped Mara). They accepted and the game was afoot moments later.
The match began... and it was clear that Theo and Dante were much more in tune with each other than she and Draco whereupon Team DRAMA (as Theo had jokingly called them) soon fell behind, much to Draco's annoyance.
"I thought you were good at tennis!" he sneered at her during a brief pause.
"I am, you're not however" she remarked to which he looked at her insulted but only scoffed in reply because no matter how much he wanted to deny it, she had a point. His backhand was shite, he missed to hit back at most shots Theo had 'fired' at him hence why their opponent was kicking their behind at the present time.
