Tommy sat up on the windowsill, and looked out at the town beneath them.

The little lights that dotted across the darkness of the sky glowed a soft orange, matching what's soon to be the harvest moon on Thanksgiving eve.

"Its so pretty!" he exclaimed, pointing out to all the town houses and beautiful lights around them. The dark sky contrasted the orange and yellow glow of the town, which is what created such a soft and artistic glow in the first place.

"Yeah? I know." Wilbur said, sitting down, resting his back to the wall next to Tommy. Techno flipped his hair over and took out the band, and let it all flow.

"I'm going to have to dye this again sometime soon.." he softly spoke. Wilbur shook his head.

"I think it looks great. It looks like a peach color." he said. Techno smiled.

"Well.. Thanks. Maybe I'll keep it for a bit." Then Tommy pointed to Techno's hand. Techno figured he wanted something, so he handed Tommy the band from his hair, and sat next to Tommy.

"Let me see!" Tommy said, as he grabbed a handful of Techno's long hair. Wilbur smiled and left the room, stating he would be back soon. He softly closed the door behind him, hearing it echo through the hallway.

The moon shone on the throne of the grand room, making the colorful stained glass behind it shine and glow. Wilbur sighed, saddened by the sight of the throne. He quickly vanished from the grand room, walking away and down the hallway again.

Techno felt Tommy take pieces of his hair, fold them, and take another and fold that one too. Tommy took the end and wrapped the band around the bottom, leaving a small section empty of style.

"All done!" Tommy said, patting Techno's hair softly, admiring his work.

Techno took a second to look in the mirror across the room. He held his hair, and saw the perfect braid Tommy had gave him.

"Tommy.. How did you do this?" Techno turned to Tommy, who had made his way under the covers of his bed already. He shrugged.

"Mommy taught me yesterday." he said, pushing his dirty blonde hair to the side.

"Well, you did a very good job." Techno said, amazed at his sudden skill skull braiding hair, better than Techno himself could do. His admiring was then interrupted by his other younger brother.

Wilbur came through the door, trying to shut the door quietly as he fully entered with his guitar.

"I know Mom likes to sing you to sleep, so what does she usually sing?" Wilbur asked Tommy, seeing his feet move around in the grey covers.

Techno felt the tension leave as Wilbur came in. Wilbur was more relaxed, maybe just as tired as him. The thought that they were alone for the night drifted away as Wilbur sat on the window sill.

Tommy scrunched his nose, and thought about songs for Wilbur to sing to him.

"Sunshine." he said with a smile. Techno sat on the other side of Tommy's bed, pressing his back to the made-up mattress.

"Okay.." Wilbur started with the guitar, pulling each string to match the song Tommy loved so much. He continued, and then started singing softly to Tommy.

"The other night dear, as I lay sleeping."

Techno's expression softened at the sound of Wilbur's voice. His singing was so different from his normal tones, and his accent nearly vanished as he continued. The soft lullaby's surrounding the two.
