The dragonet looked around, the gnomes had seemingly vanished. Sighing Six padded up the stairs that were to her left. At the top of the many steps, Six came to a strange sight. At the top of the stars looked to be a wall that looked more like the unfinished outside to the front of a house. For a few moments Six sat there and stared, her eyes looking over each detail. Then she saw the open window, and boxes in front of it. She jumped onto the boxes and threw the open window.
The inside was stranger than the outside. At first glance, it looked like a normal room with an over sized bed and dressers. Actually looking at the room and not glancing around, Six could see how abnormally tall the dressers were, along with the sink. Even for how small the dragonet was, the height of the sink and dressers was abnormal. She took another moment to gaze around the room, she noted the obverse secret door outline, then turned around, climbing up one of the abnormally tall dressers. Once she reached the near top, she sighed in annoyance, having thought that there'd be a vent, or something at the top. Still holding on to the drawers, Six glanced around the room again. Having spotted a key she quickly scrambled down, ignoring the sharp pain in her shoulder, caused by her quick movement.
When she got down she quickly realized that there was nothing to climb up on to get the key. Her claws lightly tapped the wooden floor as she looked around once more, an idea quickly forming in the dragonet's head. Swiftly she went over to the suitcase on the floor, looping her tail around the handle, then dragged it under a lever on the side of something that was cabinet shaped.
Six hopped onto the box then proceeded to jump up and pull the lever. Once the lever fell, the bed revealed itself, unfolding noisily. The dragonet recoiled a bit at the sudden loud sound that just broke the silence. Hastily, Six climbed onto the large bed, climbed up some drawers, and dropped onto the table the key sat on. She smiled, tossing it onto the bed, before jumping down onto it herself. Six made a soft thud as she landed on the padded furniture. Swiftly the dragonet looped her prehensile tail around the key, and hopped down onto the floor.
Almost as soon as her claws touched the floor she ran towards the 'secret door' and pushed it open. Sliding in Six quickly spotted the door the key would unlock, and she quickly ran up to unlock the door. Hastily she un-looped her tail around the key, grabbing it, and put it into the padlock. The lock fell to the floor with a heavy thud, and for a moment Six stood there, before pushing the door open. Carefully the dragonet slipped through, into another small room, for a moment it looked like a dead end. Looking more closely she saw an old toy monkey, and a button on the wall. Swiftly she grabbed the old toy and tossed it at the button, cringing at the sound it started making when it hit the floor, although glad a door had opened up. Six padded into what she figured was an elevator from the ding it made before the door opened. Impatiently she waited there for a few minutes, before seeing the button and retrieving the toy from the other room. The dragonet hoisted the toy into the elevator, and chucked it at the button. With that the elevator's door closed and it started to move up, and Six spotted some boxes, deciding to hide in them, just in case. Soon the elevator came to a stop, for a moment Six stayed put. After a bit she decreed it safe to leave the cover of the boxes and elevator.
A rat ran by as Six ventured into the hallway. However, she didn't get far before she grabbed her stomach, and like the last time it was horribly unbearable. Six stood up, and pushed herself on wards, but soon after she had to stop from the pain. She got a bit farther, but once more had to stop because of the pain, crippling onto the ground it hurt so badly. At this point she really hoped she'd find something in the next room, as her mind clouded with the thought of finding food. The dragonet held her stomach, and limped into the next room. Her mind was too cloudy to see the cage the small bit of meat was placed in. As hungry as her only driving force she willingly went into the cage, and started to shove the meat into her mouth. The moment she finished her mind unclouded, and she swiftly realized she was in a cage. But just as she got her footing again the door to the cage was slammed shut, and, for the first time ever, Six passed out in fear.
