This is Celestia's Nega form. Her name would be Astrea, Astria or Astraea which is taken from the Greek goddess of the galaxy. Whichever one the person is comfortable calling her, it means the same. The black tears are supposed to be where the markings supposed to be mostly and are on her body. This is Celine's Nega Form. Her name would be Chimaeram which means Chimera in Latin. The black tears are supposed to be where the markings supposed to be mostly and are on her body. Her tail was supposed to be a snake but I made it as close as possible.
