Setting up the tents takes longer than it should have.

That's because none of them know how to put up a tent, not having the common sense to just google it.

Except for Namjoon who calmly takes his phone out and starts building.

Unfortunately he's beside the youngest, Jungkook and Taehyung, who are arguing heatedly, pulling at a pole. Taehyung lets go and Jungkook topples back, falling over Namjoon, and they both fall over his tent, squishing it. Namjoon's frustrated yelp echoes all over the forest.

"Okay," Jimin says, once they are all done, "time to split up and look for firewood."

"I am not going anywhere," Hoseok sniffs, plopping down onto the ground.

"Okay then you can stay here alone."

Hoseok quickly gets up. "I am going."

They decide to play rock, paper, and scissors to divide themselves up. It ends up being Jimin and Yoongi, Seokjin and Hoseok, Jungkook and Taehyung.

Namjoon decides to stay back to look after the tents.

"Stop stepping on my shoe," Jimin snaps, as he and Yoongi make their way into the trees. Yoongi huffs, but still doesn't step back, walking almost tow to tow with Jimin.

"Are you scared, Hyung?" Jimin asks him, wiggling his eyebrows. "Don't worry I'll protect you."

At this Yoongi scoffs and rolling his eyes, he proceeds to walk in ahead of Jimin, only to stop when they hear a loud wail.

"What was that?" Yoongi asks looking around.

Jimin chuckles. "That sounded like Hobi hyung."

Unbeknownst to him, it was Hoseok. He and Seokjin had been walking in when something got caught onto the neck of Hoseok's shirt and he led out a loud yelp, scaring both himself and Seokjin.

In the end, the only ones who actually manage to get any wood for fire are Jungkook and Taehyung, a stack of wood piled up in their arms as they come back.

"Spooky stories time," Taehyung announces excitedly once they are all huddled around the bonfire, tummies blissfully full with bowls of ramen and store-bought kimchi.

Everyone groans, the food making them lazy and sleepy.

"Okay, I have one," Jungkook chirrups excitedly and flicks open a torch, placing it under his chin so that the light casts shadows up his face making him look funny more than scary.

He clears his throat. "It's called the Weeping Woman."

At the peculiar name, everyone sits up, paying more attention. "So once upon a time there was this woman whose lover killed her and murdered her body somewhere in the woods. It is said that the ghost of that woman roams around the woods and lures any men she sees as revenge. All men she has lured have ended up dead. Sometimes, people have heard weird weeping noises coming from the forests. They think it was the woman crying."

"For revenge?" Jimin asks quietly. Jungkook nods.

"Sometimes she wanders out of the forest in search of random men to kill." He tells everyone and hush falls over.

The moon shines brightly above them and the wind blows, howling and making the trees rustle.

Grasshopper's creek from the grass and the faint sounds of owls hooting echo from the trees.

"We are all men," Hoseok mumbles, barely audible and everyone gets his point. "What if in the morning, one of us is d-d-de-"

"Dead?" Taehyung quips and Hoseok shrieks.

"Yah! Don't say that word."

"Hoseok, you don't have to be scared," Yoongi says, smirking as he warms his hand over the fire. "If the weeping woman does come, she will probably go for Jin hyung since he's the most handsome among us."

Seokjin splutters, indignant. "Who said I am the most handsome?" he argues.

Beside him, Hoseok also glowers at Yoongi.

"Hyung, what do you mean I shouldn't be afraid?" he asks, crossing his arms. "Am I not handsome?"

It's Yoongi's turn to splutter. He looks caught and quickly rushes to amend himself. But Taehyung cuts in.

"Guys chill," he says, yawning. "Jungkook said the woman comes for any man, handsome or not. So we might all be dead in the morning."

"Yah Taehyung!"
