Chapter 1

Amba's pov
I finally managed to got the chance to have a quite walk and maybe I'll get a swim in later, I see that fianlly Luca and Giulia are back from school. Yes I was aware of that hole thing but my biggest thing is that for a reason I can't even begin to explain I'm in love with both luca and Alberto but I doubt they'll ever notice me. I was so busy watching them that I bumped into the worst person "hey stupid'o watch where....Well if it isn't that little loner freak?" Ercole says but I couldn't bring any words out "what got nothing to say again" he says and i backed up. I didn't notice who was watching or what I was about to fall into until I felt the slash of water "oh this just great, its another monster" he says and I realised what happened "hey Ercole leave her alone!" I hear Giulia's voice yell. While Ercole was distracted I ran to the water and jumped in quickly swimming away eventually making it to the small island and sitting on the shore "oh god this can't be happening, but the people of the town accept sea monsters now" I try to tell myself to calm myself down "um excuse me" a voice says making me jump. I turn to see it was just luca "oh I um ahhh" I stutter "I saw what happened with Ercole" he says walking closer to me "yea that guy never gives me a break" I say quietly the closer luca got the more I grew nervous "I know this may seem odd the ask but you have any friends, I mean I remember seeing you around last summer and I never saw you with anyone" he says. Before I could respond another voice was heard "luca don't you ever run off again okay!" Alberto says as he came over, okay I was so trying not to blush right now "Okay I just wanted to make sure she was okay" luca says as they both look at me "anyway way my names alberto scorfano and this is my boyfriend luca paguro" Alberto says. I smile hearing him says that "that's sweet, not to sound creepy but I kinda knew who you Both were already from the events of last summer" I say "oh now that makes sense, what's your name?" He asked "it's Amba" I say shyly and after talking for a bit we all head back "hey why don't you stay for dinner, I'm sure Giulia and her farther won't mind" luca says. I nodded as it would be nice to eat alone again "Okay let's get going then" Alberto says and we make it back to town changing to human from before heading back to the house. I followed behind them trying my best to seem confident "hey Giulia I hope you and your farther don't mind but we brought a friend for dinner" luca says then he and Alberto steps aside to reveal me standing there "um hi" I say. The look on Giulia face was a big grin "omg yes finally a girl to hang out with, no offence guys" she says and we all take a seat at the table "so you live in Portorosso?" She asked me "yea I have pretty much my whole life" I say as dinner was served and we started eating "Okay this is amazing, thank you Mr Marcovaldo" I say and he smiled "your welcome young lady" he says and after dinner I spent a little time with Giulia. Neither of us saw the little glares that she got from the boys and once her bedroom door was shut she looks at me "Okay I'm gonna get right to it, which one of them do you like?" She asked. Well great did think anyone would notice "um the thing is I kinda maybe like them both in that kind of way" I admit and she almost jumped for joy "awwww that is so cute, it would be an unusual realisationship but still cute" she says. I blushed slightly "you don't think that's a bit wired?" I asked "well no of course not, anything is possible I mean this time last summer I didn't even believe in sea monsters and now I'm best friends with 2 of them" she says making me giggle a little bit. Eventually I had to head out to my little home "you sure you don't some to walk you home?" Alberto asked "yes I'll be fine you guys I promise, see you Tomorrow" I say and head home with a smile on my face.
