1| New lifeguard

Summer was long and hot in uptown moonville an small town in a big city of bright moon.
It was rather a middle-class town a few big houses here and there, and some ridiculous over priced coffee!
Most of the kids went to the big opened community pool that got way to crowded to fast and was hard to find a place to sit and relax. Besides the real trouble was at night when the bonfire started by a lake call "No take backs" an old couple lived there and aloud everyone to come to their land to have fun. A rumor has it that you can find your soul mate there ... stupid right?

"Hey adora can you pass me the tanning lotion?" A smaller girl asked with over-ly dyed hair that was purple and maybe some pink in it.
"Sure thing" A blonde girl said as she turned over to her side and looked through the bag although she couldn't find it.
"Darn! I think I left it in the car. I'll go get it..-" she was going to say until the girl stopped her and quickly grabbed her arm and forcefully turned her.
"No! You're going to miss the hot lifeguard!" The girl said as she let go and tried to fix the way she sat more ... seductively?
"I didn't realize they got a new lifeguard" adora said as she sat on her chair and laid back she laid a towel down over her covering her one piece bathing suit that was a light blue with a strip of hot pink on it. Adora turned to see the lifeguard that her dear old friend was getting worked up about, she watched as the door opened and her friend got excited.

There stood a medium height bronze girl as she started to pull her hair back as her cat ears flicked to the sound of screaming children and parents yelling. Her tail moved to the side as it later went low to the ground.

(Catra's pov)

The sound of screaming brats filled my ear as my hair fell behind my ears and I began to walk a few people were staring I shot glares at them before I climbed up onto the chair that had an umbrella over me covering me from the sun I moved my sun glasses and placed them on my thigh as I watched around, tapping my fingers on the chipped white wood. After sometime I started to get bored as she looked over at the entrance to see some-what friends of mine come in.
"Wildcat! We made it!" A buff lady said with white hair paired with a fresh pixie cut, then a smaller girl appeared beside her with long purple hair twisted into braids.
"So much people to get data!" The purple hair women said with excitement in her voice.
"Entrapta didn't we talk about this?" I said with a annoyed voice as I laid back in my chair as the two came up and put a chair's next to mine.
"So how's the job wildcat?"
"Annoying. All these brats have been screaming their head's off" I said roughly as I rolled my eyes.
"Are we going to the bonfire tonight?" Entrapta asked sort of like a child asking for another candy bar after already getting two.
"I suppose we could go ..." I said flatly as the two started getting excited and giddy. I laid my arm over my forehead as I sat their in silence, I didn't know why I was in such a bitchy mood ... maybe because of the break up? ... ... nah definitely the hangover.

(Adora's pov)

I watched the new lifeguard walk to her chair as she shot glares at the guys staring at her but not at any of the girls that were ...
"See! She's hot!" Glimmer said as she sat more comfortably now and looked over at me.
"I guess I could give you that" I replied as I laid back onto the chair and fiddled with my fingers.
"Is bow coming?" I asked as I direct my attention to Glimmer.
"No he's helping out with the bonfire tonight with sea hawk and them" Glimmer as she got up and tossed her towel onto the chair.
"Going for a swim, wanna come?" She asked me.
I shook my head 'no' as I watch her go and leave me be. I sat their for a moment a bit bored and having any strange feeling, like something bad was going to happen. I decided it was nothing and I close my eyes to rest.
