I pulled the tied tablecloths out from underneath my white button-up neatly, careful not to rip them.

"I must say, this was very brilliant of you, Norman." I stated truthfully, glancing up at the boy.

"yeah, totally!" Emma's gracious lips curved into a smile. "you know, tying the spare tablecloths together."

"thanks, these can be used as rope for climbing the wall."

the two of us handed our bundles of cloths to Emma, who placed them inside a tree.

"oh, right."

"hm?" I looked over at the ginger, who spoke up.

"I think it would be best to tell Ray."

right, they don't know that he knows.

"I agree, I think he'd be very helpful and will be a major asset to our plan." I nodded in agreement.

Norman looked at the two of us, "yeah, you're right. Plus, he most likely won't panic. If he does, he won't show it."

Ray is good at hiding his feelings, I think that's why I worry for him so much. he could be completely breaking down, his life is crumbling apart, yet he'd be calm and collected on the outside.
