I crossed the sea, Just for you

"Y/n?!" a voice heard. "Taehyung?" you turned back. It was him. "Taehyung, you didn't go, right? I am not dreaming, right?" you struggled to get up but failed miserably.

The horse ride after a long time wrecked your body. He caught you in his arms. "Y/n ah", he teared up at your miserable state. "How did you come here? Aren't you not allowed here?" he asked you.

"They agreed to our marriage", you said, in between your sobs. He crooked his eyebrows. "I came here for you", you said, stuffing your face in his chest. "But, how?" he asked you.

"I don't know. All they said is to stop you from going back", you said. "I thought that you went. When I couldn't see any of your ships I thought that I lost you", you held him tightly.

"Our ships haven't reached here yet", he said. "Taehyung, I received your letter", you said. He was trying to control his tears for every word you spoke. He didn't know if he could accept you just like that.

Still, he needs to talk to your parents. "I love you, Taehyung. You were right. I can never love someone more than I love you", you cried in his arms. You had a bad feeling because of his silence.

"Are you not happy? Are you not happy that I am back?" you looked at his face. "My family was rude. I apologize-"

"I love you y/n. I love you so much. I just can't believe that you are in my arms. I just can't believe that I am holding you right now", he shed his tears. Your brother witnessed everything silently, from a distance.

Because of tiredness and improper diet, your eyes closed. "Y/n y/n", he tapped your cheeks. Your brother and some soldiers rushed. Taehyung carried you in his arms to a nearby house.

The women of the house took care of you. They informed your brother that you fainted because of weakness. Taehyung and your brother stood awkwardly. Your brother broke the silence.

"I am sorry. We are sorry", he held his hands. Taehyung understood that he was apologizing, through his gestures. He smiled softly.

He squeezed his hand and indicated that everything is alright. He wondered what might have convinced them. "Princess is very weak. It will be best if you take her to the palace and call a royal doctor", a lady said.

You were shifted to the palace. You were back in your room. Taehyung's translator helped with communication. Your brother briefly explained everything. He didn't make it very obvious.

He said that you just can't stay here or marry Aadhi. He didn't want to admit that they were all selfish. He also didn't want to make you look bad. "They saw how much she loved you.

She was dying everyday for you. I couldn't even do anything. Finally, they agreed", he said to Taehyung. "Can I stay with her, till she wakes up?" Taehyung asked. Your brother thought for a moment and agreed.

Everyone left the room leaving you both. You were peacefully sleeping. He kissed your knuckles from time to time. He desperately hoped that you would wake up soon.

He held your hands softly. After some time, he fell asleep holding your hands. You tiredly woke up. You took a moment to get adjusted to the surroundings. You turned to your side to see Taehyung sleeping.

You smiled but also a tear left your eyes. He sensed your movements. He woke up. You sat against the headboard. "Taehyung,'' you mumbled. He scooted closer to you.

He tucked your hair behind your ears. "Everything is over y/n. I am not leaving you once again", he smiled. He wiped your tears from the corner of your eyes. "I missed you. I thought that I would die", you whispered.

"I missed you like crazy", he hugged you. "You should eat something. You were weak. Wait, I will tell someone to bring it", he said. "I want to stay like this for sometime, please", you said.

You took his warmth. You hugged him tightly. He softly caressed your hair. You looked at his face and pecked his lips. He kissed you back pulling into a deep kiss. Both of you missed this feeling.

He gave every love he had in the kiss. You broke the kiss for some air. A maid announced your brother's arrival. He came in. "Y/n, how are you feeling?" he asked, sitting beside you.

"I am okay", you replied. "I am really sorry that I couldn't convince our father. I am truly happy with this", he said. You smiled. "Are you still mad at me?" he pouted. "No", you slightly giggled.

"Are you sure that you would be going with him?" he asked. You nodded. "Don't worry about me. I will be fine", you said. "Don't worry about us either. You should live a happy life", he said.

He remembered how they immediately changed, that's people. That's royal blood. "But, what actually happened?" you asked.

"Aadhi refused to marry you. Before that Madhi was there. I think she must know everything clearly. Don't think about that. Just focus on the future", he said. "I will send food for you. Tonight, our parents are coming", he said.

You nodded. He left you both. Once the food came, you attempted to eat. "Wait, let me feed you", he said. You smiled. You were cherishing every single moment. He fed you carefully.

"Taehyung, I still can't believe that you are feeding me", you said. He chuckled. "I can't believe it either. If it's a dream I don't want to end. If it's real, I am grateful for everything", he said.

"Thankfully, your ships didn't arrive", you said. "Hmm, it would be such a bummer, if I had left", he said. "I would have followed you, somehow. I wouldn't have given up", you said.

"Do you love me that much?" he asked you. You nodded. "I love you more than you love me", he said. "No, it's me", you pouted.

Both of you chuckled at your childishness. "You also eat some", you said. "Nostalgic", he said. "Remember, the first time you fed me", he said. You nodded.

"I was so brave that day", you chuckled. "I wish I could've fought a little more", you sighed. "Let's just move on from those days", he said, wiping your lips.
