They ate their dinner, having light hearted chats about Dream's trip, and just catching up honestly. Sapnap had wondered a bit why Dream hadn't asked where Sapnap had been, but he was also glad because he would surely let something slip at some point and spoil what he'd been working so hard on. And he was so close to it too he couldn't let up now.

Finishing their meal, Sapnap got up to put the dishes away but was stopped, a hand grabbing the plates from his hands and walking over to the sink. "Nono you rest darling, you probably had a long day, i'll do it" Dream soothed out with a voice that made Sapnap's heart skip a beat, quickly collecting himself Sapnap just nodded in response, sitting down on the couch and turning on netflix, pulling up a movie they both enjoyed.

Sapnap heard the sink turn off and he was met with a weight on himself, it was warm and so comforting, hands wrapped around his waist and a head was nuzzled into the crook of his neck. Dream now looked so comfy as well, Sapnap didn't dare move, not wanting to disrupt his peace.
But Dream noticed his stiffness and eased his weight off of him, he stopped leaning onto Sapnap and sat up, still resting his head on Sapnap's shoulder though.

They sat in welcomed silence for a bit until Dream muttered something, "I missed you Pandas"
It wasn't loud enough to be considered a talk but Sapnap heard it loud and clear, after all Dream's mouth was right next to his ear.

The nickname that hasn't been used for so long caused Sapnap to subconsciously lean further into Dream's touch, relishing in the treatment he was getting, it was all getting better, there wasn't even a need for a talk so far, this was good.

When Sapnap didn't respond Dream clued in that he was spacing out, most likely from the name calling, so he smirked and tackled the other into a big hug. The back onto the couch and Sapnap was laughing to no end. "What the hell is wrong with you!!" Sapnap asked through soft pants, "What- i'm not doing anything...this is doing something" Dream began to tickle Sapnap's sides, Sapnap letting out a shriek from the sudden action.

He began kicking Dream in hopes of getting the man to stop his relentless tickling, but it was just not going to happen. Until one kick landed a bit too close for comfort in Dream's mind and he hunched over, acting as if he had been fully hit in the crotch area. Sapnap quickly shot up hearing the hurt groans of his boyfriend. "Oh my god are you okay?!? Did I actually kick you, I'm so sorry Dream I-" cut off with a kiss he sat there confused staring into Dream's recurled body.

"Dream? Is everything....good?" he questioned not knowing if he was actually hurt or not, Dream then looked up at him with the cutest saddest eyes Sapnap had ever seen.

"Dude.....you hurt me so bad, I don't think i'll ever recover, unless" ah, here we go, now Sapnap knew he was just fooling around, so he thought he'd play his little game too. "Unless, what Dream?" he continued where Dream had left off, "unless you turn this movie off and come to bed with me?" Dream had a sickening smirk on his lips, Sapnap rolled his eyes and retorted with "You sure you can still use that thing, I mean I did hit you pretty hard by the looks of it." he laughed at the face Dream made while quickly trying to think of a comeback.

"I- I never said it didn't- you just...you can't" Dream just sputtered out now regretting his little act because now he wasn't going to get laid.

Curse his need for attention. Dream's eyes looked back up at Sapnap who was silently stroking his hair, it made Dream feel loved, but he knew he couldn't fully give into it because he knew Sapnap didn't truly love him back. It was hard for Dream in a moment like this, but he'd rather be cautious than have his heart completely broken. He'd let his guard down when he knew the truth from Sapnap.

Dream opened his mouth to rephrase what he meant by him being hurt but to his surprise Sapnap cupped his face and pulled him into a short but sweet kiss. "If you're sure you're okay then what are you waiting for handsome?" Sapnap breathed out, he knew he'd caught Dream but he still kept up the act just to rub it in a little more. After all who was he if not the main person that plays into Dream's little stunts.
