Percy POV
We just defeated Kronos, so now we can all relax. Yes, we just saved the world, shouldn't we be partying? Well, after fighting a titan, we are TIRED. And so what it was a couple months ago. We still deserve it. Anyway, I was in my cabin when I heard someone banging on my door.
"SEAWEED BRAIN!! Come out!! Chrion wants us!!!"I hear Annabeth yell.
I groan. Another mission? And so soon? I get out and follow Annabeth to the Big House where Chrion and Grover are waiting or us. Chrion looks serious while Grover still looks clueless about what's going on.
"You three have a quest. You will need to get someone."Chrion says
"Who?"Annabeth says,"A new demigod?"
"Yes, but he may be in danger..."
In Domino High in Domino City.....
"Why do we have to be here again?"I moan.
"Because we have to find that boy. Now...all we have to do is become friends with him."Annabeth says,"There he is! Percy, he's in our next class!"
We walk in and sit down. I sit next to Annabeth and Grover sits next to me. I look at the kid we are here for and his desk is by the window. The kid has the weridest hair: black, blonde, and red. And he's short too. He also has this werid Egyptian thing around his neck. A girl is next to him looking around suspiciously and then whispers to him. The boy rolls his eyes and says something like Come on, nothing will happen for a while. We are 'on break'. What that means, I have no idea. Then a blonde boy and a brown haired boy walk to him and soon the class begins. Soon, the teacher talks about...guess what...Greek myths. The teacher looks at Annabeth, me, and the kid. Great. Then I hear kids talking about that she is a sub. Great, she's a monster. After class, she says for me, Annabeth, Grover, and the kid, who's name is apparently Yugi, to stay after class. Which was a bummer for Yugi because this was the last class.
"What did you need?"I say.
"Hello Percy, son of the sea god."She says.
I glance over at Annabeth who already has her dagger out.
"Um..look. I'm pretty sure Greek myths don't exist.."Yugi says.
"Oh, but are you sure, young Pharaoh? You of all people should know myths aren't always myths."
Young Pharaoh? Is this monster mixing up her vocabulary? I'm pretty sure he's a demigod. Then the women transforms into a giant Chimera. I'd think Yugi would say What is going on?!?! But he looks like he's used to life or death situations. Then I get out Riptide and stab her. Annabeth lunges at the Chimera with her dagger and kills it, making it turn into golden dust.
"Who are you people? Are you here for me?"Yugi asks.
I would of asked Why did our sub turn into a chimera? But this kid...
"Well, we're....normal kids."I say.
"Your pen turned into a sword. A Bronze sword."Yugi says
"We will tell ya later."Grover says.
Yugi's POV
OK. Its clear. They are here for me. I walk out of the class room and soon walk home. On the way, a get a phone call.....from Marik. I answer it because if he is calling me, it is usually bad.
"Marik?"I say
"Yugi...my rod has been stolen. So has Ishziu's necklace."He says
"What?! So, someone is trying to take over the world or destroy it....again?"
"Yeah...but I have to go. Be careful."And he hangs up.
I start to walk again when I hear something. I thought I heard the boy saved the world. I look around. Maybe I am just being paranoid, especially since I was just attacked by a Chimera. I walk home, wondering what is going on.
