Percy POV
The next thing I knew, it was that we were in a maze that had doors and stairs on the ceiling and on the walls sideways!!! Annabeth pokes me and points to something. I look and it looks like a more...confident Yugi maybe? Maybe taller? I don't know but for all I know is that he is creepy.
"What do you want?"Tall Yugi says....with a deeper voice? What the Hades is going on here?!?!
"Um...we are your new decorators! You really need some modern stuff in here! Like a TV or a bed!"I say.
He just looks at me. "Oh sure. Why are you here? For us-..me?"
Wow, we sneak inside your house and go into you room and you assume we are here for you? Smart guy.
"Yes." Annabeth says.
"Well, I have been fine. Just living and all until you people came. Why are you here for me excatly?"He says.
"Well....you've won the lottery!!! You win a lifetime of fighting for your life as a demigod!"I say
"Well, I already fight for my life so...wait. Did you say demigod?"Tall Yugi says.
"Yes, you know what it is?"Annabeth says.
"Earlier today...just when you get out of here, read the letter on the desk."
"How will we-"Grover says but then we are back in Yugi's room. And Yugi is still asleep. I pick up the letter and read it. Its from his dead mom. I drop the letter.
" What is it Percy?"Annabeth says.
"I have a brother."I say.
Annabeth reads it and gasps.
"A descendant of Tyche and a son of Poseidon. And he is surrounded by ancient foreign magic. No wonder Chrion told all of us to get him."Annabeth says.
The next day....
We decide to figure out what this magic is. After school, before Yugi gets home, we go to his guardian, his grandfather. I walk in after Annabeth tells Mr.Moto who we were. We sit down and Grover asks what magic is surrounding Yugi. Mr.Moto's eyes widen.
"Its nothing dangerous I assure you." Mr.Moto says.
"But Chrion said-"Annabeth starts.
"Yes, it would be dangerous if any other demigod had it. But since he has had it has done unbelievable things. He became happier. Yes, some...evil things have happened but Yugi now....he couldn't bear it if he- the magic was taken from him."
Did he say he? Werid, but I guess I was the only one to notice it. We were about to leave, but then I remembered the texts on Yugi's phone.
"Um...one more thing. Who's Yami? There is a Joey, Tristan, and Tea at school but no Yami."I say.
"No one of your concern. No go."Mr.Moto says a bit to quickly.
