YOLA'S FIRST MISSION was to kill himself, after he did this, the Lord of Fifth House knew immediately he was the one, the perfect replacement of the son he had lost, the child upon which the pillar of the fifth house should rest upon.

Many Harvest after, Yola had not only proven them right but also wrong, for he wanted the Fifth House for himself, he had done this by winning the heart of the Lord's Granddaughter.

There were three things Yola feared when he began to commandeer the Fifth House's army, the first was himself, the second was his past and the third was his future, three things the scholars of the Great Library would have called the same thing.

Yola commandeered the Fifth House Army with cunny hands, dirty fur gloves, and an iron saber, he had taken so much life that he was beginning to feel like he was the harbinger of death. This scared him so much that he wanted to fall and die like the one he had sent to the afterworld.

What scared him about his past was the innocence, for he was once a beloved child among his people, so much beloved that his parent had to die.

Yola had the feeling that the meeting he was about to have at the Khajàár Nitery, in the heart of southern Yaba was going to determine his future.
