Chapter 6

Y/n's Pov

Water started filling the glass cage from the bottom.

Why? I think we already answered it. Then why the hell the water started filling in right after we stated the word. There's something more to it. Oh my brain is feeling useless now! What should we do.

"Arrange the letter cards to form the word 'imposter', and lets hope that is the way" Saehee spoke after long silence. Oh I forgot she has a sexy brain.

"Yes I think we should do that. Students hurry up and find the letter cards kept in the backstage room" Mr. Kim told everyone.

Soon we all became busy searching for the letter cards. Damn, it is easier said than done. Everyone is messing up. How are we suppose to find in these boxes where every type of banner cards are mixed. Patience y/n, patience. You got to equally contribute in this matter. I checked the water level, it has already covered 50%, I am afraid we are running out of time. I could see Mei continuously banging inside the cage. She was screaming and shivering out of fear.

We started arranging the cards on the ground near the cage. Mei kept screaming. Poor girl, can't even imagine what she is going through. The water has risen till her face by now. Till now we couldn't find the letters "E,M and S". Strangely there should be many copies of the letter cards. Heck even the other letter's copies are there. But the whole lot of E,M and S is missing. Looks like all of this was planned out neatly.

"Hurry up we got no time, we need to save Mei" Chaeyong was crying out. I understand how much hurt she is. I know the feeling to lose your best friend. I am talking about her. She was a light towards me and Saehee's dark days. She was more than just a best friend to us. We were like inseparable sisters. Me, Saehee and Jiwoo.

"Oh my God! She is drowning!" some random voice made me come back to the present. Shit! Mei is struggling inside. Now what can we do more, we tried our best. This is all planned out killing, we are not getting the full chance to save anyone. I suppose some sick psychopath is determined to kill students like this. Or some random stupid alien is making a project on us. Stop y/n! You got to be serious!

Like this, all of us kept panicking! Mei kept struggling, throwing her hands and legs just in a try to save herself. But at last, like Sungwoo, we couldn't save her. Everyone saw her taking her last breath with a lot of struggle. And then she floated up like a lifeless corpse. Hell, she was a corpse now.

As far I know Mei was a very kind and sincere girl. She always helped others. In short she was the sweetheart of our class. Then why did she get killed? Something is wrong! Very wrong!

"Mei was so pure" "Mei always helped everyone" "Don't you think something is fishy" "I don't want to die virgin" "Mei didn't deserve it" everyone was whispering among themselves. Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Taehyung.

"Hey don't think about it too much! We need to remain alert all the time."

"Yeah, okay" honestly, I am not okay. But I don't want to burden him. I just hope we all are gonna survive together. I lost Jiwoo already. I can't lose Taehyung and Saehee anymore. Talking about Saehee, where is she?

Oh, she was talking with Ms. Minah. I know she is very intelligent, hell more than me. I am sure even she is trying to find a way out. I hold Taehyung's hand and went towards Mr. Kim. I am sure if we patiently cooperate, we could find some sort of clues to all this. One thing was clear, this was not about giving only answers but something more of knowledge to it. 

While we all were talking among ourselves Chaeyong and Jaemin came running to us. They were in a really terrified state. I could already sense some sort of bad news awaiting for us. By observing Taehyung's face, I was sure even he was thinking the same as me.

"Sir, Adria is missing!!"
