It was the day after Koneko had witnessed Aether performing a Divine Art and the entire peerage were currently present with Koneko clearly hadn't recovered from the fear that struck her heart
To devils... no scrap that, to the three factions, Devils, Fallen Angels and Angels, Divine Arts are a sort of poison to all of them, Divine Arts were created by the Gods who originally created the universe, they are attacks that were used to constrain Great Red, Ophis, Shiva, Indra, Amaterasu, Kurama and Giratina
To Devils, Fallen Angels and Angels however they are a deadly poison, just getting hit by one causes a great deal of pain to course throughout their body but every single point in their body that expends ki, chakra, mana and magic is destroyed on a cellular level disconcerting them from the main energy network within the body
Divine arts slowly lost value over time before barely anyone was seen using them which led to the factions being able to live freely but with Koneko now reporting that she witnessed a Divine Art being performed, Rias couldn't help but feel fear inside her
She didn't know what to do, the obvious thing was to call her brother straight away but she didn't want to drag him into this when she's the one who's meant to govern over Kuoh

Rias: Are you positive the attack you saw was a Divine Art
Koneko: Yeah, I'm positive it was a fire type
Rias: Do you have any clue of their whereabouts now?
Koneko: Not right now but it shouldn't be too hard for me to track them down again

Rias seemed to be thinking about something as you could see it with how firm her grip was when holding her two hands together

Koneko turned around and headed for the door but just as she reached the door she froze making Rias and the rest of the peerage members look at her curiously

Everyone froze at the sound of a new voice, the devils started to tremble in fear as Rias slowly turned to her head to the right to be met with Gaea levitating above the ground with her legs crossed and her head resting on her left hand, a smug smirk had been planted on her face amused as if she had just heard the entire conversation they had just now
