Chapter 32:( Preparing For The Exams)

I woke up in the morning, got ready, and went out to meet Sakura and Naruto thinking 'There are only three days left for the chunin exams. Better prepare fast'. and walked in front of Sakura's house and knocked on the door. Her mother opened the door and lead me in. I went and sat down on a chair. Sakura's mother called her and she came down and was shocked seeing me, then she asked "Sasuke Kun, why are you here?" I just smiled and said, "I came to pick you up."

She then said give me 5 mins and ran upstairs to get ready. Her mother served me some juice and thanked me for taking care of her daughter. I just nodded and started drinking the juice. After some time, Sakura came down and said, “I'm ready. Let's go.”Then we said goodbye to her mother and left. We walked around the town seemingly looking for Naruto. Then we found him after a while sitting on the Hokage faces.

I called up to him and asked him to follow us. I made sure nobody is following us and went to a secluded place near the forest of death. Using the hirashin the three of us teleported inside the forest in a flash. Once we were inside, I spoke "This is the place where we will be taking the second phase of the chunin exam. So let's explore this place so that it will be easier to find our way during the exam." Then Sakura asked, "Isn't it like cheating?" I responded, "Yes, but to avoid the dangers we are in especially Orochimaru, we need to prepare to survive."

They both nodded and we started exploring the forest discreetly. We also saw the tower that we are supposed to reach during the exam. After a while, I used Hirashin and teleported us out of the forest. I also told them what to prepare for the exams like food and other stuff and we went to the Uchiha compound to do some training. I started practicing some seals Mainly “Chakra Tracking Seal" Mainly which will be very useful in the chunin exams.

So I tried out the jutsu on Naruto and Sakura and told them to move in different directions and started tracking them to know the distance, amount of chakra needed to locate,e and all. It took me nearly a day to perfect the seal. It works like a transmission device that provides me the direction and distance of the person from me upon whom I have planted the seal and I can use the Hirashin to close the distance or get far away or hide easily. The Hirashin comes in handy. The person planted cannot sense the seal as well.

On the last day before the exam, I told both Naruto and Sakura to search for a red-haired girl with glasses in the village. All three of us searched for the girl and finally, in the evening, Sakura found her and notified us. Soon I went to the location where she supposedly sighted Karin. There I saw Karin sitting alone in front of a hotel. I discretely approached her and planted a seal on her so that it will be easier to track her during the exams instead of searching the whole forest. After that, we met each other and went home to rest.
