Chapter 62: (Aftermath)

I teleported back to the stadium with Naruto and met up with Sakura. Then the three of us went all over the village treating the injured ninjas and helping other people that needed help. Finally everything was over. There weren't much loss to lives. Only the Third Hokage and some anbus passed away. The civilians were safe thanks to Naruto's shadow clones & the people who hated him started to change their opinions on Naruto. Many of them already viewed like their saviour.

Naruto was not used to these reactions from people. I patted on his back and said "This is what you wanted Naruto. People will not acknowledge you if you become Hokage. Those who are acknowledged are the ones who become Hokage". Then like that some days passed. There was a mourning for the Hokage and the other lives lost in the attack. After that, the clan heads and the village elders along with Jiraya held a meeting to discuss what's going to happen next.

At the meeting room in the hokage building The two advisors, Danzo, All the clan heads, Major jonins and Jiraya sat in their seats. The advisors then started speaking " The sand village has sent us their reply. They have fully surrendered as everything was instigated by Orochimaru. We have to accept their surrender as they cannot offer anything of value given their position." Everybody nodded. Then the advisors said "Konoha has lost it's Hokage. We need a leader who is trustworthy and strong. After the meeting with the daimyo, we have decided that you take the mantle as the 5th Hokage of the leaf Jiraya".

Everyone except Danzo was happy. Jiraya asked why me? Then the advisors started speaking "You are the student of the third Hokage and earned the title of Sanin. Who better than you are suitable?". At this time Danzo couldn't take it anymore. He asked "Jiraya, why did you let the Jinchuriki of the sand go? You had already captured him." Jiraya frowned and said "It was the Idea of Naruto and Sasuke helped him." Danzo then asked in an angry tone "Why didn't you stop them? They are just kids. They can't decide such matter."

The advisors then said "This is treason against the village. They let go of an enemy that we captured. Its punishable". Shukaku spoke at this time. "Yeah right! you are saying that the two ninjas who are the heroes who saved the village from the attack with minimal casualties committed treason? Its laughable". Inoichi spoke "Naruto Uzumaki escorted all the civilians to safety and Sasuke Uchiha fought the enemy shinobi bravely". Kakashi said " Both of them subdued the sand Jinchuriki together and made sure the village is not destroyed   And here some people who hid themselves are saying they comitted treason."

Listening to all of them, Danzo asked "Jiraya, they cant decide from right and wrong as they are just kids. Why didn't you stop them? It's your fault for letting the sand jinchuriki go." Danzo wanted to somehow blame Jiraya and was trying his best as he was chosen as the Hokage candidate by everyone. Jiraya laughed lous and said "Danzo..Danzo did you think I wouldn't have stopped them if I could? The answer is I couldn't stop them. Hahaha. Sasuke left Naruto to decide what to do with the jinchuriki after they subdued him. And Naruto chose to let him go. Then they both let him go. Haha"

Now everyone who hasn't witnessed the fights of Naruto and I were surprised. This time the advisors asked "What do you mean you couldn't stop a bunch of kids and let them do what they want?" Jiraya got a bit angry and said out loud " If it was just Naruto or Sasuke  I could have convinced him or atleast stopped him by force. But with that Both Togather  I couldn't even think of opposing them." Now the Inuzuka clan head wanted to know more. She then asked "Jiraya sama do you mean to say that those kids are stronger than you?"

Jiraya nodded and said. "According to my assessment, Naruto is as strong as  Kakashi Without Kyuubi Chakra. But Sasuke is definitely stronger than me.Even Sakura Can give Kakashi A Fight For His Life. I don't know the full extent of his strength, but I'm sure that if the both of Them Fight me for real, then I will have no chances of winning against that kid. Even now I think they Have  not used Their  full power. But the power he has shown in the war is enough to beat me easily". Shukaku said "That Sasuke used a Madaras Signature“ Majestic Destroyer Flames" and With Narutos “Great Pressurized Damage" They Incenerated 150 Shinobi Before The Can Blink.He And Naruto Used Their Signature “Lightning and Wind Body Flicker " Killed 50 Ninja Each and Sakura Used Her Super Human Strength and Created 20M Deep Crater And Burried 75 Ninjas Alive.

Chouza said "The Three Of Them Summoned Gamaken, Katsuyu and Manda " Now Jiraya said " He's also proficient in “Flying Thunder God"  . He is as good as Gai in Taijutsu and Created His Own Style. He even Have High Reserves and With Naruto Who Can Fight Kakashi Easily in His Base Form Without Kyuubi Amp and Can Use Upto 4 tails Of Kyuubus Chakra and Sakura Who can Turn Half Of Village In A Crater With Supercharged Punch Do you think any of us can stand a chance against him?Sasuke Addmitted Only 4 Tails Naruto Cana beat Him" Asked Jiraya again.

The two advisors just stared blankly. If Sasuke Is Stronger This Much Stronger Than Jiraya and Eith Naruto In 4 Tails Form and Sakura Helping Him Jiraya Will Not Have A Chance Against Them. Danzo frowned very hard. He couldn't do anything now. so he just gritted his teeth.

Then Danzo Asked ,“How Can Sakura and Sasuke Summon Slugs And Snakes?"Then They Hear A *KNOCK * On the Door and They Open It Enters Sasuke Uchiha He Says, “Greetings Honorable Council I Am Here To Give A Report On What actually happened In The Invasion May I take The Stage?"Everyone Nodded,  I Continued“I Thought Hayate Gekkos Death Was Suspicious So I Started Investigating it but Found Nothing.But A Remaine Vigilant and When I Was Coming To Attend The Chunin Exam I Noticed Number Of Ninja Seems To Be Too High So I Followed A Group Of 3 Ninjas And Actually Saw 2 sand and 1 Sound Njnjas Not Make Any Hasty Decesion I Followed Them None Of Yhe Said Anythin Only Used Three Words Shukaku, Genjutsu And Attack Hearkng This I Quickly Came To The Chunk. Exam Stadium And Informed Kakashi That Something Serious Is Going To Happen As Makto Gai Thought Of Informing The Hokage But Due To Kazekage Being There With The Hokage We couldn't Inform Him So I Told My Team About It and Told Naruto To Creat 500 Clones and Sakura To Heal Anybody Who Gets Injured and Naruto Fights Gaara and I Help others In The Village Mainly The Academy Students .Naruto Faught 1 tailed Chakra Cloaked Gaara In His Base Form But after That Gaara Released Full Shukaku Seeing That I Quickly Teleported By Naruto and By Cinnecting My Chakra With Narutos I Telported Us At The Outskirts of The Village.As Naruto Fought Shukaku with Gamabunta I Recovered My Cahkra and After Finishing Battle With Gaara I Used My Own Creation 4 Tettagram Seal And Used It To Seal Shukaku."Danzo Inturrupted, “Then Why Did You Let The Jinchuriki go we Could Have One Tails As A Wepon.."Suddenly Everyone Felt A Massive Chakra Spike And I Released A Potent Killing Intent Which Caused Most Of Them To Gasp For Air Then I Spoke, “You Do not Know Anything About Living A Life Full Of Hate and Lonlinness.If Naruto had Became Like Gaara 3 Sanin Togather Would Have Been Unabel To Stop Nine Tails Rampage Nd You Will Not Have Any Loyal Uzumaki Like Naruto and His Mother and For Your Kind Information Bijuus Are Not Mindless Beast ".Then Shikaku Asked“How Do You know?" "Ahem" Shukaku broke the silence. The advisors then said "Jiraya about the next Hokag...." Jiraya cut them off saying "If you really want a Sanin, there's one more. Tsunade is intelligent and strong enough for the spot. I'll bring her back. I'll take Naruto with me to bring her back. Any objections?" he asked. Everybody shook their heads except Danzo. then Jiraya said "Very well. I'll leave tomorrow." then the meeting was concluded.
