kuroo brushed his fingers through his messy hair as he watched his best friend mischievously grin, tapping his cellphone screen. "let me finish typing. some random person texted my number, mistaking me for a robot service lmao." the bed-headed male raised an eyebrow, curious. "oh really? and you're actually talking to them? let me see." he looked over kenma's shoulder to see him chatting with the unknown number. "ayo?? you're actually being nice? kenma please be my therapist."
"i'll pass." kenma said as he rolled his eyes.
"is this really what you're going to do while you are in college? what if it lasts the whole semester?" kuroo questioned repeatedly. the blonde male squinted his eyes with slight annoyance in his tone. "stop asking so many questions, kuro. i just wanted to joke around, it's not like it will last long."
suddenly, bokuto popped out from the other side of the door. "are you guys coming or not? 'kaashi and the others are waiting in the cafeteria." both kuroo and kenma looked up from the blonde's device once hearing their friend speak. "yeah bro, we'll be right there." kuroo replied. "kenma and i just needed to check something real quick." the shorter boy nodded his head in agreement as he placed his phone into his back pocket. "mhm, let's go then."
