Elizabeth and I didn't have time to talk anymore about Duke's and Jacob'svisitations, or Jacob's and the baby's legal custody, as Jacob and Harry
came downstairs and wandered into the kitchen. They were both yawning and
were clad in mine and Andy's housecoats.
I snickered and told Harry he looked good in my robe, but that I thought it
was a bit too big for him yet.
"Well you look awful big for my sweatshirt," he said chuckling.
I looked down and realized I was indeed wearing Harry's oversize
'Liverpool' sweatshirt. "I thought it was Andy's!" I said, snickering.
"Wouldn't it be easier if you all wore your own clothing?" asked Elizabeth.
"Maybe, but it wouldn't be half as much fun!" Jacob told her.
We all chuckled.
The boys got some juice and joined us at the table. They finished off the
muffins, except for one I set aside for Andy. Then they asked what was for
breakfast. Laughing, I got up and started making bacon and eggs for
everyone.
The eggs were just about done when Andy stumbled in, bleary-eyed, wearing
Elizabeth's housecoat. I got hysterical laughing when I saw him, in
Elizabeth's pink and green flower-print robe.
"What? I couldn't find mine, this was hanging behind the door in the loo,
and I was chilly," he said.
We all laughed.
"I don't care Andy," Elizabeth said, smiling at him.
"Thank you Elizabeth," Andy said. Then, realizing Jacob was wearing his
housecoat he added "Of course, I wouldn't have been forced into becoming a
cross-dresser if your son wasn't wearing MY housecoat to begin with!"
We all laughed again, as Andy poured himself some juice.
We ate breakfast together, then spent the day doing our homework. We
hadn't done any yet since we'd used up all our time Friday night and
Saturday preparing for, then having Jacob's birthday party. It was a heavy
homework weekend too, so we ended up spending the whole day on it.
That night in bed, I told Andy about Elizabeth's plan to blackmail Duke
into signing papers making me Jacob's legal guardian if anything should
happen to her.
"Holy Shit!" Andy said, "What'd you tell her?"
"Well, of course I told her I'd do it, but we never really got to finish
talking because the boys walked in on us," I said.
Andy and I talked about it for a while. We both agreed that it would be
better for Jacob to be with us anyway, but we still wondered about a lot of
things.
As we lay thinking, I suddenly felt Andy's hand creep across my hip, moving
