𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒚-𝑶𝒏𝒆

My eyes opened wide from the intense pain that spread throughout my body. However, the most painful spot would have to be coming from my leg. A scream rips from my throat as I feel a comforting hand pushing my hair back. What happened to me? From what I can see, it looked like I was in a hospital. Something happened on that mission.

"(Y/N)" I heard someone speak as they squeezed my hand. But that did nothing to ease my pain. Nothing could. I knew that voice; that was my dad. What was he doing here? "Help her!" another shouted, probably at the doctors. And that was my mum. I would know their voices from anywhere. But why were they here? They lived at least an hour away.

Everything was blurry as tears got in the way of my sight. I wanted to see my parents hoping it would bring me peace. But they sounded so worried and terrified over me. It would only cause more stress for me to see them like that. Where's Rio? Is she okay? Please, Rio, be fine.

I never got to know where she was as my body forced me to close my eyes shut. I want to see Rio. I need Gojo. I hope nothing back happened on their mission. I don't know what I would do if something happened to the most important boys in my life. Please be safe. My thoughts disappeared as I welcomed the darkness with the idea of forgetting the pain behind.

I awoke again, but this time from the dazzling sunset and not the horrible pain. My eyes met a white ceiling that matched the white walls. Slowly, I began to sit up when suddenly two pairs of arms helped me rest my back against some pillows. "Mum! Dad!" I turned to look at them both, shocked to see them here. They didn't like coming down to the big city. It was too much for them.

"Hey honey", my mum spoke gently as she could no longer resist the urge to pull me against her. "We were so worried. When we got that call, we thought we would never see you again" I could hear her hold back the tears. Even though I've had my differences with my parents over the years. I still loved them. And they loved me just a little less than Geto.

"I'm fine, mum" I attempted to push her away but just ended up in my dad's arms with him strolling my hair. "When we saw you last night, we didn't know how you would make it" again, I pushed away from him. I needed my space. I wasn't used to them being this affectionate with me, and I don't know if I liked it.

"What happened to me?" I questioned them as the mission was all a blur to me. They both looked at each other but avoided my glaze. Why aren't they saying anything? "I would like to know why I ended up in the hospital" I spoke much loudly, getting more frustrated with each second they kept silent.

"Dear, you need to calm down", my mum said as she rested a hand on my shoulder, but I slapped it away. Why wouldn't they tell me? Something was going on. Why were they telling me to calm down? "I am fucking calm", I shouted, and I pushed both of them away from the bed and attempted to stand up when I looked down in horror.

"W-where-" I stuttered as the door to my room slammed open, and the doctors came towards me with a needle. But I couldn't move. I didn't know what to do or think. "Lay her down on her front!" One of the doctors shouted as they followed through with the order before I felt a slight pinch feeling on my arm. My eyes soon fell, and the darkness took me back in.

I wasn't in the dark for long as the curtains rolled back to showcase a tv screen. What's happening? My body moved on its own as it grabbed a cd called 'the high-level curse mission' and placed it in the CD player. Soon my body was pulled into the screen.

Rio and I stood outside an old abandoned mansion. We were both nervous but knew we had to do this. Our teacher couldn't join as he was busy on another mission. Both of us knew this mission was way out of our league, but there was no one else for the job. "All you have to do is grab the little girl", the man who told us the missions spoke as we both took a breath. It sounded easier than done. "If you feel like your life is in danger, leave immediately" we nodded our heads. Rio grabbed ahold of my hand before we stepped into the house.
