As Athena yawned she heard someone in the hallway babbling and tiptoed out of the room only to find Maverick walking around in a noisy manner. The girl picked up her little brother then heard someone knocking on the door and ran towards it still holding Maverick.

ATHENA: Jai, is that you? 

Athena opened the door only to find that the person at the door was not Jai but Ryder Azadi. Ryder was one of the few people the family knew who talked about the "Rebellion" and also knew Ezra and his parents, so that really helped (not so much).

RYDER: Hello Athena, have you seen Ezra around here?

ATHENA: Inside, now. 

After Ryder got inside as Athena sat down and put Maverick in his highchair where the boy started playing with a dinosaur toy that was there from last time. 

RYDER: Have you seen him?

ATHENA: Yes, I saw him at the catina last night, but that's it. 

RYDER: Did he say anything?

Athena then explained everything that had happened before stopping to take a breath as she was speaking for quite a while.

ATHENA: So that's it, didn't see him again. Maverick, you- (Athena turned around only to find that Maverick was missing and started freaking out) W-where is Maverick? 

Ryder than ran out of the room as Athena hesitated to follow but considering the trouble Baby Maverick could be in followed and indeed found him right beside the old man about to fall over but quickly ran up to and picked him up before seeing a sewer right in front of her with a familiar face popping up. 

EZRA: Athena?

Ezra climbed out of the sewer followed by Jai and a droid Athena didn't really know but Maverick walked right up to him and attempted to climb his dome as more people appeared, including A blind man who looked nothing like Athena could have imagined. Unlike the ones in the Holomovies where blind people use canes and are old, he was not using a cane at all! He was just walking around like he could still see! He was helping up a young twi'lek woman who nodded at him gratefully as the mandalorian girl appeared to be struggling with her feet and then Athena got angry but somehow managed to hold it in before a lasat smiled and knocked the droid over in amusment almost doing the same to Maverick. After about an hour or so of talking with them Athena found out more and more about the strangers and their connections with Ezra and Ryder, and all were indeed in a rebel group. They didn't kidnap Ezra, he joined their group. 

Much to the girl's surprise, Sabine was actually Ezra's friend and not enemy, even though she was a bit older than him. She was a mandalorian, and so pretty Athena could swear Ezra could very well fall for her. Zeb was the only lasat he was probably even aware existed, and he got along well with "the kid". Chopper, the droid, was the only one who didn't like Ezra that much, but was actually getting along with Maverick well and didn't really complain. The blind human was Kanan and didn't really mention his blindness but was really kind and had a great sense of humor, and was actually training Ezra, so that's pretty cool. The twi'lek woman was Hera Syndulla, a general in the rebellion and is also friendly but sensitive as well. She seemed really understanding as well, like a mother figure, but dosen't actually have kids, but everyone else sort of makes her seem that way. Maverick, as usual, didn't really pay attention to anything other than playing with Chopper and making a few noises every now and then. Ezra however, was staring at Maverick in surprise. 

ATHENA: Ezra, you okay? 

Ezra jumped in surprise as Athena felt guilty.

EZRA: Sorry, I just didn't expect to see Mara with an afro. 

Athena was surprised as Maverick looked nothing like Mara but understood as Ezra wasn't around when her little brother was born. 

ATHENA: That's not Mara, Ezra. It's Maverick, aren't you?

Athena tickled Maverick and caused him to giggle. 

EZRA: How old are you again? 

ATHENA: I'm 16. 

What Athena didn't notice however, was that Sabine blushed at Ezra but no one noticed as Maverick pulled on her not very long but colorful locks, causing her to scream in pain. But before Maverick could get hurt Ryder made a farting noise, causing everyone to stop what they were doing and start laughing.

EZRA: Ryder, how are you so funny?

Ryder stood up to reveal a whoopie coushion, quickly saying everything.

SABINE: So how do you know Ryder?

Athena then cringed as she knew how her mother sort of hated the old man and-

ATHENA: He visits a-

RYDER: I'm your grandfather. 

Athena was shocked as she knew almost enough about her grandparents to know that Ryder wasn't one of them.
