Crusher sighed as he watched their enemy turn into dust while he was lowered back down onto the ground. He glanced around him and grimaced as he saw all of his friends still in stone.

"I guess... my power isn't enough to save them... why was I cursed...?"

He walked around the empty room and felt himself sit down right where the box used to be as he began to cry.

Speedrick was gone... but so was everyone else.

He was alone.

"Crushy!" A voice from outside spoke, and Crusher glanced up to see a fog of magic appear from out of nowhere and settle down in front of him, revealing his grandmother in his human-siren form.

"Grammy...?" he choked. "What're you doing here...?"

"I was coming to visit you, Crushy," Grammy spoke as she took him in her arms. "but then I saw the statues, and Millie told me all that happened at the park and... I wanted to see if you were alright,"

"No, Grammy, I'm not..." Crusher sniffled. "My friends are stone, all because I'm the Treasure of Destruction. Maybe... I needed to be put in that vault forever instead of Pickle freeing me... cause I'm... I'm... CURSED!!!"

"Oh, Crushy..." Grammy patted him gently and kissed his forehead to comfort him. "It's alright. First of all, you are not cursed. You are gifted, Crushy. The power of destruction is a gift,"

"How?! I got my friends KILLED!!"

"Crushy, dear..." Grammy gave him a sad smile. "I know that from your point of view, it may seem like a curse, but it is not. Your friends are fine. Petrified, true, but we can reverse this. Just listen to me, alright?"

"Ok..." Crusher nodded.

"Good," Grammy held his hands onto her own. "I know that you can't sing very well, but your power of destruction might just work for this spell,"

"How?"

"Focus your power," Grammy instructed. "Focus your destruction to destroy the stones while harnessing it to save your friends,"

"Okay..."

Crusher gulped and closed his eyes, his necklace glowing icy blue once more. His horrible singing by then was lowered into a lowly hum as he felt his magic blast out towards the group slowly.

Little by little, the stones began to diminish into flesh once more. The group let out gasps of air as the stone finally faded.

"Woah!" Blaze stared down at himself then around. "We... We're back!"

"It worked, Grammy!" Crusher cheered. "We did it!"

"You did it, my sweet Crushy," Grammy smiled and embraced her grandson.

"CRUSHER!" Pickle flew over to hug him. "YOU'RE OKAY!"

"Pickle!! Guys!" Crusher hugged him back with a tearful smile. "Thank goodness you're okay!"

"Did you really save us?" Stripes asked.

"He sure did," Grammy gave a smile, patting her grandson on the back proudly.

"But... I don't understand how..." Crusher murmured. "It's a curse... isn't it?"

"Whether it is a gift or a curse is entirely how you see it or how you use it," Grammy spoke. "You used it to save your friends, did you not?"

"Well... yeah," Crusher grimaced. "But... is it because... Mom and Dad didn't love me anymore...?"

"Of course not, Crushy!" Grammy shook her head. "They loved you all too much. That's why the other sirens killed them; to make sure they couldn't hide you away,"
