"Huh, look at that," Pickle hummed as he looked out his and Crusher's window.
"Look at what?" Crusher glanced up from his book with a quirked eyebrow.
"The streets are empty,"
"Really?" Crusher frowned. "How come?"
"I don't know," Pickle shrugged. "Maybe something's going on at the Monster Dome?"
"Eh, whatever," Crusher scoffed and turned back to his book. "Not on the mood to race or anything,"
"Oh good!" Pickle beamed and drove to his side on the bed, cuddling up to him. "I'm not in a mood either,"
Crusher chuckled and snuggled up to the other as he continued to read his book, neither of them caring for the chaos happening outside.

"Mom! Dad!" Blaze called out as he and the gang entered the house. "Where are you?! We need help!"
"Blaze! AJ!" Phoenix came out from the kitchen with a smile. "You're home early,"
"We found something terrible," AJ explained.
"Yeah," Blaze agreed. "Turns out that our friend Speedrick is a Medusa!"
"A MEDUSA?!" Flame zipped into the room in horror. "THERE'S A MEDUSA HERE?! IN AXLE CITY?!"
"And he's turning so many into stone!" Stripes added.
"Oh no!" Sparkle gasped.
"Alright, that's a problem," Phoenix frowned. "Blaze, do you know what he's after?"
"He said that he's after the Treasure of Destruction," Blaze gravely said.
"What is that... exactly?" Sparkle asked.
"The Treasure of Destruction is something no one has ever seen before," Flame answered. "They say that at a moon's rise, a monster was born with the most powerful power of all; destruction,"
"No one but the sirens of the underwater kingdom and the fairies of the enchanted forest has ever seen the Treasure of Destruction," Phoenix continued. "But it had been years ago, and even WE have never seen it,"
"Fairies? Sirens? You mean, they're all real?" Darington asked.
"Yes, they are," Blaze nodded.
"How do you all know about this?" Gabby questioned.
"I..." Blaze looked hesitant as he glanced at his parents. "Should we... tell them?"
"They deserve to know the truth, sweetie," Phoenix said gently. "If we want to save life as we know it, we NEED to tell them."
"Alright," Blaze nodded and turned back to his friends. "Guys, there's something we need to tell you. We... are dragons,"
